I’m pleased with this magnesium complex. The capsule size is manageable and it contains a nice variety of magnesium types, which makes me feel confident I’m getting well-rounded absorption. It’s a good product,and yes it helps me with sleep.The issue I have is that sometimes the pills get lodged in my throat. I’ve actually taken them and they have opened before going down. Causing the Magnesium powder out my mouth. So not sure if I will purchase these again.Great price though.
