Helps beat bloat
Im on box 2 already.. this isn’t recommended for everyday use but more of a cleansing tea for bloat. Its good for us ladies who struggle with bloat around time of month or if you have a day when you feel like you ate too much and your stomach is feeling bloated. Wait a few hrs after eating before taking the tea.

Helps with weight loss
I take this after breakfast and it curbs my appetite for the rest of the day. I am on the keto/low carb diet and also doing intermittent fasting so this has helped me stick to my fasting times (1:30PM to 9:30AM the next day) until it’s time for me to eat breakfast and lunch (9:30AM to 1:30PM). I have used this product on and off over the years but never consistently until I started getting serious about my weight loss journey. Already down 17 lbs after 8 weeks but still have 22 lbs to go so I will continue using this product. This doesn’t have the usual side effects like tummy aches and running to the bathroom which is a bonus.

A bit of both
Before I decided to buy this tea, I was kinda skeptical about it because of unaware of if it worked or not but I did watched some videos on YouTube of how it works and all that. In the end, I finally decided to buy it and give it a shot. All I can say is that at 1st, I felt like it didn’t do anything or much because:1. I used only 1 teabag2. added some honey (even tho I normally don’t put it on my teas and just drink it alone)Then the next day or afterwards I decided to use 2 teabags and that was when I somehow felt the thing at work (began to do it’s job). It almost has the same symptoms as of this other tea I used to drink (Piñalim) because it’ll wake you up early in the morning and give you those morning cramps. Through the 1st box I decided to alternate the days I drink it but then I just decided to go for it almost every day in the night. I only bought the “extra strength” version from the original (can’t tell if one does the same or anything changes). Since I was running low on supply I decided to get 2 more and not have to worry about running out (yet)

Maybe the seller sold me a bad bad because this tea usually perform miracles to my digestive system however it did absolutely nothing for me I’ve had this item in the past not from this seller per say and it was amazing so I’ll just chalk it up to it being a bad batch but it was an absolute waste of my money will not be purchasing it again at least not from this seller

It’s very nasty but it will have you going to the bathroom… but it takes time to process so I would say not to drink it at night because the next day you prolly would be late for work… when it started to work I cramped real bad but over time the product won’t work the same…..
