I will not bore you with the details, but this tea helps you “go” regularly if that’s what you need.Whether you will lose weight from this or not – I’m not sure, but your gut will be cleansed each time you use it. If this is your first time trying it – be careful and about 6-12 hours after drinking the tea (everyone is affected differently), just be around the bathroom. Brewing two tea bags in about 8oz of water will provide you with a really good cleanse.I find it very helpful to stay regular and not have that bloat from the rotting food in your gut.I guess it’s probably prudent to consult with your GE doctor if there are any issues in general. But I have been drinking this tea for about a year, and I don’t see myself NOT using it, unless there will be some clear evidence that it’s harming me. 10 out of 10 recommend.
