Gives me more energy
This gives my husband and I energy. I’m a mom of 4 with a newborn and I work full-time. So I’m tired. Just started taking these and notice I stopped yawning at work and just feel awake and energetic. I didn’t even tell my husband my experience and he told me after taking these he has more energy as well.Occasionally I will get fish burps but not a big deal to me. They are on the larger size, doesn’t bother me but it may for some. Not sure why it has to have corn oil in this. Makes me wonder if this is GMO.

Traditional remedy for vitamin D deficiency
On my last blood work I was pretty low in vitamin D, but for some reason have had bad reactions to vitamin D supplements. I tried these cod liver oil pills instead, and have had some of my previous vitamin D deficiency symptoms like tight muscles and dry eyes lessen. I haven’t had my blood retested yet, but I feel like these supplements are working to raise my vitamin D levels.

Does help with Arthritis
I bought this for arthritis relief for my hands when other supplements and meds were failing me. Before use, arthritis pain in my hand would wake me in the middle of night. After a week using cod liver oil supplements, the pain is much reduced and I am resting much better.

There is something wrong with those pills.
I am not sure what is happening, but after a few days of taking those pills I woke up in the middle of the night experiencing suffocation and feeling numbness in my left arm, as well as pressure in the chest. The doctor checked me and did not find any obvious reasons for this event. I stopped taking them and tried to eat them every now and then to check whether they cause all the trouble (although, I do have a rather bad lipid panel). So far, every time I took these pills I experienced some kind of unpleasant sensations in the heart area. So, guys, be careful.
