Great Multi Vitamin
This is a great multi vitamin. I’m allergic to iodine so I can’t take most vitamins due to all usually have iodine in them. This vitamin does not which was really great for me. The pill is big but easy to swallow. I get good energy from it too as I can tell the difference when I forget to take it occasionally. Great value for the price too!

Good daily women’s vitamin
I like that I can get most of what I need in 1 pill. I also am not a fan of gummy vitamins, which seems to be the trend, so this is perfect. No side effects or upset stomach, which i have had with some vitamins. I have on autoship. The only complaint I would have is that 1 month it was out of stock. So I just made sure to order an extra bottle in case that happens again. I do supplement with a “greens” pill from Garden of Life to make sure I’m getting all the nutrients I need.

I take this daily as a breastfeeding momma and it helps my milk stay fatty and healthy i really enjoy the benefits of this multivitamin but its big and sometimes hard to get down because of its smell and taste

The smell ain’t it
I know it is not un-common for vitamins to have a weird smell, but this one is not good in my opinion. Even when I swallow it I get a weird taste in my mouth. Overall the vitamin is good.

Used For Years
I have been purchasing the 365 vegetarian prenatal vitamins for years now, (even before and after I had my daughter) because they have a higher content than regular. I would make a trip to Whole Foods to pick them up. I found the regular multi-vitamin for women from 365 on here and will no longer make the trip. They really do energize and give you strength. Even my focus is great with them. I first found these because I was looking for a vegetarian version of vitamins in 2015. It baffles me that they still use gelatin in multivitamins. The smell and flavor are very earthy so do yourself a favor and just quickly swallow. I actually take mine right before bed because I find that my body absorbs them really good that way.

I have a very sensitive stomach, and have struggled my whole life finding a vitamin that will not upset my stomach or make me feel nauseous throughout the day, if taken with food or not/before or after meal. This little gem is great!!! I can take it before food or after and be ok!!! I don’t feel queasy or have an upset stomach. If you have given up on multivitamins —— give this one a try!!!! The price is great too!

Excellent Supplement
I have been taking these for 5 years. I feel like they regulate my body perfectly, they give me the iron I need for all day energy. I gave up caffeine with the help of this vitamin. I am so glad I can get these from Amazon now! Very happy with all of Whole Foods supplements!

Ok in moderation
This vitamin taken daily gave me dull headaches in the afternoon everyday for 2 weeks and my urine was bright green. There’s too much concentration of a mineral(s) possibly. I used a pill-breaker and cut them in half. I only take a half every few days and the headaches are gone.
