Nutrition information has lots of errors
I’m not sure where they sourced the nutrition information from, but it’s quite wrong. For example, a 4-ounce filet mignon has 302 calories, not 180. It also has 20 g of fat, not 8, and 29 g of protein, not 25. Chia seeds are equally wrong, with 1 tbsp having 5 g carbs, not 4g, 4 g fat, not 3, although the 2 grams of protein is correct. Green beans have 5g of carbs, not 3.7g, and only 1.2 g of protein, not 3. The whole milk information is right. But, if I have to check every single item and correct them all, it’s not worth using this chart. The chart itself is nice looking, although the color coding for “very high” matching the header titles draws the eye in the wrong way. It makes it look like beef is very high carb, and seafood is high fat.

List of foods with cholesterol serving sizes and fat content.
This is a two-page listing of foods with cholesterol, serving sizes, amounts of cholesterol, and fat content of each food. The information is very thorough and easy to understand. The printing is clear and large enough to see without a magnifying glass. The pages are laminated and waterproof, and they stay flat on the table or wall. Because it is laminated, you can tape it to a wall and remove it without tearing the page. An excellent system of tracking food intake and an excellent value as well.

Decent Visual Reminder… But Nothing Groundbreaking.
The ADHD Food Guide sheets are a decent size and work well for display in a lunchroom or at home. They’re visually clear and easy to read, making them a nice passive reminder for healthier choices. That said, the content itself isn’t particularly eye-opening. The food swaps listed feel pretty generic, and if you’ve done any basic nutrition reading, you’ve likely seen similar suggestions elsewhere. One downside was the packaging. The sheets arrived in a plain cardboard folder without any protective backing, so they were noticeably warped right out of the box. A sturdier mailer or some reinforcement would have helped a lot.Overall, it’s a nice-to-have resource, especially for visual learners, but don’t expect anything revolutionary.

Larger than expected but with useful information
Though these were larger than I expected they kind of need to be for all the information they provide. What with my chronic intestinal condition I thought these charts would be helpful for guidance on what foods are okay and which ones to avoid.Admittedly, some of the foods and spices are a bit exotic and none that I would typically eat there are many that are common and readily available. If you are looking for a simple guide to help you navigate the food market in order to deal with a sensitive intestinal condition then I really think you would find these posters helpful.

Basic information presented on oversized sheet. Hinders use and lacks value for $
Sorry hard pass on these.First they are HUGE which makes their practicality limited imo. Also not magnetic so placing on a refrigerator is a no go. Could be a good quick reference if smaller and magnetic. No real amazing insights you can’t gleen elsewhere.Second, the information as stated above is fairly basic and also somewhat odd in places. The color dot flagging is obvious and then not, like Avocado not showing high fat, when it’s clearly one of the best low carb, high fat items. Grams vs Oz measurements. Minor stuff.Third, sheets came with wrinkles and don’t present well.Overall not value here especially at the high cost. Size is just poor and shame on me for not really looking at this, no magnetic ability for Refrigerator placement all lead to a no go for me.

Big eye catcher with straight forward info
This is a lot bigger than what I thought it would be. I was expecting a 8×10 card but it is great to hand in your doctor office lobby. I work in pediatrics and we’re in an area with ADHD. I snagged this up so that I could display it so that the parents of the children whom has been diagnosed with ADHD could have a reference of food that can help their child. I love the details of each category of the Do’s & Don’t. I just have the parents take a pic of the chart so they can reference it otherwise I would’ve made copies to give to them in their packets we give them when they are being educated on what to look for what to feed their children etc. I am disappointed it is so HUGE. On the other hand, I am happy it is big eye catcher especially with all the pics and colors of the different types of foods to look out for. Excellent quick guide for parents and guardians whom are learning how to adapt to assist their child in having a healthy diet and better understanding of how food can change the brain.

    Not worth the price.
I think these would be useful, but the size of them makes them impractical for home use. I admit I didn’t look closely at the description. I thought I would be able to put them on my fridge. They were much to big for that. I have a small pantry cupboard I might be able to hang them on, but only one. These are more suitable for a walk in pantry door.I also feel that $19 is way too much for these. While they are nice size posters, I would expect to see them for maybe $4 each.

Good chart, not sure about the price
I find this chart beneficial. I do think the price for it is a little too high, but this chart is good to have on your fridge especially if you need to know where foods lay on the FODMAP chart.

  9. Ruthie

Includes foods you are not supposed to eat with thyroid problems!

  10. Teresa Edmends

I thought i bought an English version not one I can’t understand
