I had an itchy dry scalp and tried different oils and shampoos but nothing truly helped. Within 1 week, this product made my scalp clean. It’s so soothing and calming, and leaves my hair soft and nourished.

I got the Microbiome cooling Serum to try because I have a very dry and itchy Scalp. Normally I wouldn’t even bother trying something this expensive because its out of my budget. However, it’s become so embarrassing with how much my head is always itching, and I hate seeing the white flakes in my hair. I also have tried many different products and never see any results. So at this point I was willing to try anything.With this cooling Serum, I seen immediate results. My scalp stopped itching almost instantly. It did make my scalp tingle and feel cool with no itch for long time after applying. I can’t really pin point what the smell is, but I actually kind of liked the smell. Which was weird to me because the scent is like a cross between a relaxing spa and medicine, and I usually don’t like using products that have a medicine smell to it. I didn’t notice any change in the dryness of my scalp and or the flakes with the first use. However, the second time I used it, I took a very fine tooth comb through my hair and I was able to get a lot of the dry skin flakes out of my hair. So I believe it did help loosen the flakes. I think it will just take time to be able to see the true effectiveness. If I find that it doesn’t help with the health of my scalp and ends up being only good for stopping the itching, then it wouldn’t be worth it for me to get. It is way too high in “doll-hairs” to only be an itch relief Serum.I will continue to use this Serum for a while and I will come back and update the review if I decide this Serum would be worth the high “doll-hairs” for me to get again. If you are reading this review after September 25th, 2024 and you don’t see an update, you can then assume it was not worth it to me get again and not worth my time to do an update.

THIS IS THE MOST SUPERB COOLING SCALP PRODUCT ON THE MARKET TODAY. IT WAS RECOMMENDED BY MY DOCTOR FOR MY HORRID SCALP ISSUES. I HAVE USED 3 PRODUCTS FROM THE LINE, (THIS ONE, COLD PROCESSED SCALP DETOX, AND THE SCALP EXFOLIATOR) AND THEY HAVE SUCCESSFULLY CLEARED UP ALL MY SCALP ISSUES.

Only Effective in the Short-Term
What I like about this product is the cooling and tingling sensation on my scalp that lasts for a pretty long time after I apply this serum. During that time, my head definitely itches less than it usually does. It’s also easy to apply in that it spreads out with minimal effort when I massage into my scalp.However, there are three major downsides to this product. First, it does leave a residue in my hair, to the point that it will feel coated and even almost a bit crunchy for a while. Some of that goes away when I brush it, but the feeling of residue coating my hair still remains.Secondly, though I’ve used this product consistently for some time now, I find that it doesn’t seem to have cumulative benefits. In other words, it works right after it’s applied, but it doesn’t provide long-term results, which is disappointing.Finally, the cost is incredibly high given those factors and the smallness of the bottle.So, overall, this is good for short-term results, but given the cost and other downsides, this isn’t something that I’ll get again once it runs out, nor is it a product that I’d necessarily recommend.
