I’m seeing an improvement, so far, as little as it is….
I have Keloids, which looks swollen and red and, I’ve been applying this “Advanced Scar Gel for Surgical Scars, Face, Body, Legs, Burns, Acne, C-Section, Stretch Marks, Keloids – Effective Scar Removal for Men and Women, Suitable for Old & New Scars (100% New -2 Bottle)” by Generic, on them for a few days now. My Keloids sometimes feels irritated and itchy especially, when I’m out on the sun a lot and when they rub against my clothes. I’ve tried many different treatments in the past to include multiple visits to the Dermatologist for a successive two years to no avail. The only thing that seems to keep my Keloids at bay is a silicone gel scar sheet, but even that, it continued to expand. It has only kept my Keloids less irritated, and not growing thicker as quickly.That said, when I saw this “Advanced Scar Gel for Surgical Scars” by Generic, I thought it wouldn’t hurt to try. For the first couple of days of using this scar gel 3x a day as instructed, the skin surrounding my Keloids seems red and irritated, although, it felt so good when I first put it on the scar, because the gel is cool and soothing on the skin. But yesterday, I started to notice a significant difference on the color on a small portion on one of my Keloids, which has turned whitish. Today, they’re also less irritated that I didn’t even really pay attention to my Keloids all day today and not to mention, I forgot to apply the gel all day today as I was just so busy in and out of the house doing chores all day, until later in the evening. This is definitely a great progress for me, and I cannot wait to see more improvement on my Keloids the more I use this gel.Now for the gel container’s small size, I think the price is reasonable for a 2-pack. It does look like however, that each container may not lasts very long, because it’s in gel form and they appear to be going very quickly for me. But then again, if this will rid me of my Keloids completely as shown on the model on the listing’s photos, price tag doesn’t matter to me as I’ve already spent hundreds of dollars at the dermatologist’s office and hundreds of dollars consulting with a Laser Surgeon, who was useless in the end, as all he did was consumed my whole day in his office talking about himself and all of his accolades with a very bad breath. The Dermatologist wasn’t so bad, however, although, he wasn’t much of a help me either.Overall, with the tiny positive result I’m experiencing and seeing from using this gel for just a few days so far, I absolutely recommend this to others. I hope the ingredients will never change in the future because, if this works on my Keloids, I will be your repeat loyal customer for as long as I need this scar gel.

Good product, but not a game-changer
I used this every day for 30 days on a burn that was about 3 weeks old. As you can see in the picture, the scar definitely shrunk down and lightened, but honestly this type of result is pretty similar to what thicker jelly-like moisturizing products would get that aren’t scar-specific. I think it works okay, but not as well as I would have expected based on the description. One big highlight that I would call out is that the skin that was shiny before ended up lightening in color and matching the texture/shine level of the other skin- so that was a major plus. I think it’s a decent product overall, but it isn’t going to completely get rid of a scar in a month. Since the most recent picture in my photo it’s been almost 2 weeks and it pretty much looks the same. TLDR- not life-changing or as effective as described, but it definitely does something.

Promising but Patience is Key
I recently started using this scar gel on several old scars, and so far, I’m cautiously optimistic.The first thing I noticed is the bottle size. It’s quite small, so if you have multiple or large scars, it might not last very long. This could be a bit of a drawback, especially if you need to use it consistently for an extended period.On the positive side, the gel absorbs really well. It does require a bit of rubbing in, but once it’s absorbed, it dries completely clear and doesn’t leave any sticky residue. I’ve also experienced no irritation whatsoever, which is a big plus for me, as I have sensitive skin.As for results, it’s still too early to tell. I’ve been using the gel for a few weeks now, and my old scars haven’t shown any noticeable improvement yet. However, I understand that scar treatment takes time, especially with older scars. I’m committed to using it consistently and patiently waiting to see if it makes a difference in the long run.Overall, I think this scar gel has potential. It’s easy to apply, absorbs well, and doesn’t irritate my skin. Easy to Apply
The Jellico scar gel is a clear gel that is cool to the skin when applying and seems to rub in well. After I applied the gel I didn’t feel any residual or sticky left behind. I do like this better than using some of the scar sheets that are marketed. That said, I don’t know which one works better. I haven’t noticed a lot of difference in my scar to date, but I have only used this for a few days now, so time will tell if the scar heals. For now, I am happy with the product and haven’t really noticed any downsides.
