Allergy Free and Tastes Good
No soy! No dairy! We love these vegan protein bars. My daughter and I have too many allergies but these are perfect for us. We like that the texture of the bars is different than other chewier bars, less heavy when you eat them. The flavor is very good. Healthy and a nice snack or meal boost that has nutrients, protein and fiber.

Delicious, but beware batch-to-batch variability
As someone looking for “less sweet” high protein bars without artificial sugar, these are an amazing find. I’ve been buying Aloha bars for years now, and while their chocolate/mint flavors are exceptional, their fruit flavors are lacking. These Amrita bars are the opposite: the fruit flavors are exceptional, while the chocolate flavors do not taste chocolatey. The Amrita bars also have a soft/moist texture that my family prefers.However, I’ve found that there is significant batch-to-batch variation in the Amrita bars, which is why I’m only giving them 4 stars. My first batch of Apple Cinnamon was a delight; my second, there was not enough cinnamon. My first batch of Sunflower Butter was beyond delicious; my second, the “berry flavor” was overwhelming, borderline artificial. In the variety pack, I found the chocolate coconut to have zero coconut flavor, and the mango to be… very bad, with dry/sandy/flavorless mango bits. Now I think I might have just had a bad batch of coconut and manga bars.My suggestion is to not bulk purchase these, since you might wind up with a bad batch (like I recently did, 3 boxes of a bad batch). The bad batches have been edible, but not up to the quality that made me switch to this brand. If I continue to get bad batches, I will stop buying the product.

Flavor profile for me didn’t hit.. weird texture
The sunflower butter and jelly is very sweet and has the same odd texture as the coconut pineapple will I eat them probably yes will I enjoy them not really what I re-order them probably not. I like the fiber count. I like the the ingredient list and theory, but in practice, the flavor profile is just not for me on top of the texture. I’m not gonna take any more stars off I mean, I think really it’s probably a 2 1/2 between the two boxes for me but if anybody bothers to read the review, they’ll see my thoughts on it so I think we’re good at three.I might also point out that the box because they send the product in a mailer bag not in a box. The packaging was destroyed like you might as well just put 12 bars loose in the bag.And I got my neighbor‘s package delivered to my door annoying but I dropped it off to my neighbor for Amazon. Does that mean I should get the wage for delivery ?—————-Flavor is OK I’m not over the moon about it for sure. My bigger complaint is texture. I assumed it would be the normal sand like consistency, but it’s not which is not necessarily a good thing. It’s definitely moisture and less Play-Doh like which is kind of good, but there are big hunks of coconut that are chewy and wet and a weird sort of way for me now other people may love it. I don’t know, but for me it’s its offputting, especially in combination with the flavor profile. Would I buy this one again no I have the peanut butter and jelly one or what I’m calling peanut butter and jelly coming next week I think so. I’m hopeful that one is better.I would also like to say the box that it came in was basically destroyed, but fortunately it was the only other thing in the box besides something that filled the rest of it so they didn’t get smashed, but had it been in any other sort of box with many smaller boxes That didn’t completely pack up the space and if you know, you know, it would’ve been a disaster cause these bars would’ve been crushed.

Simply the best
I’ve tried so many nutrition bars, and these are the only ones I actually look forward to eating. They taste kind of homemade — and when you look at the ingredients, that makes sense. I usually have one in the morning and another after a workout, and I have to stop myself from having one for dessert (though they don’t have dessert-level sugar). I found out they’re a small, family-owned business that makes everything in small batches, which just makes me like them even more.

Too date flavored
I had high hopes as these are one of the only bars that meet all the allergy requirements in my sons classroom. He eats dates, but the other protein bars that have dates as a main ingredient are not allowed because they also have nuts.He will eat anything and also has allergies of his own so I was glad to find something that also met his allergies.The taste was terrible. He started to take s bite of the chocolate and immediately pulled it out and said “my taste buds don’t like this.” I tried it and I have to agree. The flavor is just off.Maybe we got a bad batch but I tried a few now and they’re all stale tasting. The Best by date is 2023 so not sure why.These are going in my purse as a last resort snack but they are destined to get crushed and die as is probably decide to wait if this was my only option.

These bars are delicious! Made of all natural ingredients, peanut and dairy free (if you have allergies). Have about 10 g of fiber, a good amount of protein, and definitely can satisfy you for hours. Soft and chewy. Perfect for a snack on the go, and has an affordable price. Arrived quickly.
