Great Supplement!
I’ve been using this for 5 days now. This morning I can honestly say I woke up to a noticeably flatter tummy which was the reason I initially purchased this. I do exercise 4 days a week incorporating walking and resistance training but nothing was moving the belly fat post menopausal. Since I cannot qualify for ozempic due to my bmi, I thought this might help. Fingers crossed this will continue to work. I am not a late night snacker so I cannot attest to any real changes in my appetite but there is zero jitters with this product and a mild boost to my energy. Will continue to use !

Effects Are Pretty Immediate – Definitely Suppresses Appetite
What I Like About It:- It is made with natural ingredients, including green coffee bean which is supposedly a conduit for weight loss.- You are only supposed to take 1-2 capsules/day, which makes the 60 tablets last 1-2 months.- It suppresses appetite.- It is a seemingly promising option for weight loss that is affordable and doesn’t require JABBING yourself with a needle or spending hundreds of dollars.What Could Be Improved:- I’ve only been taking this for three days, so nothing at this point.How I Use it:- I am following the instructions exactly which say to:* Take 1 capsule in the morning, but do not exceed 2 capsules within a 24 hour period.* Do not take after 4pm.* Use for no longer than 8 weeks straight, followed by an off period of at least two weeks before resuming use.First Impression:- Fresh, well packaged. Well, I sure had high hopes for these , but they do absolutely nothing for me. No appetite suppression at all, and I followed it as I should have. I don’t know where all the great reviews came from, I guess they are all very lucky. I actually felt more hungry!!! lol Hmmmm Not a good thing!

I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt like I needed to for this. I have been struggling with losing weight for a long time now and have an unhealthy relationship with food and especially sugary drinks. Fullness suppressant?!?!?
This made me HUNGRY. I have read that sometimes this can happen with appetite suppressants. However, not only did I not feel any difference but I wanted to munch all day and felt no fullness. I only took it for 3 days. NOT worth it to me. Plus, can’t even return it.

I started this about 2 weeks ago and I already lost 2 pounds. It’s not much, but hey, it’s been 2 weeks! My food cravings are definitely gone and my food portions are smaller.
