Don’t Waste Your Money
There are some advertisers that promote their product with truth because they have a great product. This is not one of these. I got this supplement and I’ve been using it for almost a week and it has had absolutely NO effect on me except to give me heartburn. I don’t usually have heartburn, but when I take this supplement, I definitely get heartburn. My eating routine has been pretty regular since I’m a creature of habit and when I started taking this supplement, I consciously decreased what I usually eat. However, each day, I found myself just as hungry as I have been in the past when cutting down. I’m not huge, but need to get some pounds off and was hopeful that this would take off some of the hunger edge, but it did absolutely nothing. I feel like the manufacturer simply put some kind of inert substance in the capsules and then charged a premium price for their sugar pills. Don’t waste your money. This is in no way a “Premium” product.

Makes a noticeable difference for me, no jitters, and doesn’t mess with my sleep!
I have tried so many things that prevent me from sleeping, or make me feel jittery in order to work. This works without any of that. I will say I misread the serving size 2 dose twice a day and took 2 at once. Had no issues, but it totally curbed my appetite, so I just take 2 together now and sometimes twice a day. Ordering more to help me while I’m losing weight.

Great Product!
So far I’m impressed with this product. It’s a good, more natural alternative to using prescription appetite suppressant medications. It seems to keep my blood sugar balanced as well. My second dose, I take an hour before dinner, to avoid getting hangry or excessive snacking. I am Prediabetic, so I also take another supplement with it 30 min prior to meals. This supplement is called Druvita Blood Sugar Smarts and also helps to balance my blood sugar, preventing me from feeling shaky.The only downfall is that the Approved Science product is a bit pricey.

This really works!
I was skeptical at first but ordered it anyway. I am beyond pleased with this product. It has lived up to its claims. I am not snacking anymore and choosing healthier foods and feeling full…not even close to being hungry. I used to eat out of boredom but now it doesn’t even cross my mind. I find myself eating smaller portions, too. I fully endorse this product. You should try it.
