Aquaphor is my go-to for everything from chapped lips to small cuts and scrapes. I’ve used it for years and always keep a tube nearby—whether it’s this big size or a mini travel size.It works amazingly well for dry, cracked lips—better than any lip balm I’ve tried. It doesn’t sting, has no fragrance or flavor, and gives instant relief and long-lasting moisture. When I was on Accutane, nothing else helped those extremely chapped lips except for Aquaphor. Not Vaseline, not Chapstick—nothing. Love this stuff. It is a great salve for anything, wounds, burns, dry skin. It is the only salve or cream i can use on and near my eyelids. It puts moisture back into the skin and heals it nicely. I am never without this in my house.

I frequently carry Aquaphor around and put it on my lips when they are feeling dry. A little bit goes a long way, and one small tube seems to last forever. I have had the same tube in my bag for months and it barely looks like I have used it.It very occlusive. It locks in moisture and creates a barrier that protects the skin underneath. For my lips especially, nothing else works as quickly or as effectively. When my lips feel cracked or sore, I will put a thin layer on at night and by morning they are so much more hydrated.I have tried a lot of lip balms and ointments that either sit on top and do nothing or soak in too quickly and leave me dry again an hour later. Aquaphor does both. It seals in the moisture but also helps heal at the same time. It is not a fancy product, but it works better than the trendy stuff I have spent way more money on.The texture is thick. It is easy to spread in a thin layer, but it does leave a greasy residue behind on the skin. It does take a long time for it to soak into the skin. This solves my hand eczema
I’ve had eczema for years, mostly on my hands. I resigned myself thinking I would never have “normal hands”, would always itch and bleed in the winter. A doctor recommended that I try this product. I was not particularly optimistic (I was using vaseline with okay-ish results) but this product actually changed my life, this does really work, and now my hands finally feel good. All the eczema is gone, but I have to apply almost every day.

Not sure if it available on UK high street but found it on Amazon.Reasonable price for the size. 7,OzRich emollient 41% petroleum but absorbs well with little stickiness. Good for feet. Hands elbows. Can be used on babies.Preservative and fragrance free. Dermatologist recommended.

Best hand cream I have ever bought. Use it a half of year. Heals the skin of hands from the first use. Treats even minor cuts and burns. The tube is a bit inconvenient. Since the cream is thick, it is a bit awkward to squeeze out. It would be better if it was packed in a can with a lid.
