Stunning results with 2 caps in the morning and 1 cap before bed. About 1-2 hours after taking it and I can tell my testosterone is on the rise. Even with my big supplement stack it still managed to pack on more muscle mass amd definition and I didn’t have to do any more exercising than I already do, which sounds like free(ish) gains. It has also helped with my mental clarity and acuity, and I’m sure it will continue to improve with time. These caps beat any gummy or pressed powder pill out there, and the black pepper extract is great to have when you’re stacking it with other supplements so it still gets absorbed. The amount included in the bag for the price and quality you get is fantastic, 100 days worth for me at 3 caps a day. Very happy with this product and I hope they never stop selling it.Small gripe: I think the image used of the plant on the bag is AI-generated because the small details look weird and melted, which is fine, but with their revenue they could 100% afford a plant sample to photograph, or just buy a picture of it.

I’ve been taking this for 2 weeks now, the package states to take 3 times a day but I take one after breakfast and 1 after dinner. I’m noticing I’m sleeping better, feeling my general inflammation is lower because I am “feeling” overall “better.” I also love the pouch packaging, not taking up as much space as a large bottle would!
