Great for curly, fine strand hair
This is my favorite hair gel! The size of the jar is well worth the price. There is no overpowering scent and my hair has never been healthier using it. It holds my hair in styles without making my hair dry, crunchy, or flaky. It is also clear so there is no discoloration. It dries cleanly and does not leave a sticky residue. I have very fine strands and this keeps my curls bouncy without weighing them down. It even works for those with thicker, corse strands like my sister. She does not like it as much as I do, but this is on my list of recommendations.

Love this gel
This gel I bought this gel because when it comes to my hair and I want to do a wash and go, my hair shrinks. I wanted a gel that makes my curly hair stay the same length, not shrink. And usually it does that with other gels, but this one it doesn’t. I use it every time I want my hair to just be curly, because usually I tie my hair up I will buy it again once I run out and sense my hair reaches my shoulders. This is a perfect product for me. It feels like a regular gel, not sticky. It is thick and it doesn’t smell. I did notice the price went up, but I’m fine with buying it again.

What a great styling hair gel from you auntie Jackie just love this gel while it’s a good moisturizer gel yet holds the hair in place and curls in place. Non stickies like some gels non greasy, hair feels and holds lots of body of because the gel gives thickness to the hair shaft. Simple to apply to style the hairstyle curls forms quickly.smells like heaven. Thank you Jackie for such a wonderful product made just for my hair type.

Good for wavy hair not so much hold for curly
Keeps my frizz down, moisturizing as well. Not so much of a gel hold though if you like the hard feeling and crunch after your hair dries. Otherwise the quality is nice!

Great curl definition med touchable hold
Great curl definition and moisture from this product. My hair feels so silky when I use it. I still get a lil shrinkage but not as much as I normally would so I will keep using it I just stretch my hair with the African banding method using silk scrunchies at night. I can go 2 weeks if I need to before the hair starts to look dry and tatted but I usually do my hair weekly so it’s never an issue

I have viewed different ways of how to use this product on youtube and the internet before purchasing on Amazon. I chose to try it out figuring this product would be a littler nicer/kinder on my naturally wavy, curly, fine/thin hair without the use of stiffening products designed to hold a hair style in place. This is a huge container of product. It does not have a strong fragrance. I would describe it as having a semi-thick in consistency. Meaning it is not too thin nor too thick. Once applied to the hair it does not leave a sticky residue. There was a slight ‘holding/stiffening’ of the hair- not crunchy or hard-hair still moved naturally. The curls did remain elongated as opposed to shriveled up and tight. There was white residue on the comb and brush the next day after grooming. So, I feel like this is a product that definitely should be rinsed/washed out of the hair. It washes out with ease.In my opinion, if you have fine/thin hair as I have, the amount of product in this container will last a long time as you do not need a lot of product to produce the desired amount of curls. I would recommend watching some tutorials and videos on this product to get an idea of what to expect from the finished hairstyle. Also, I found this product to slightly dry my hair out and cause frizz. I have played around with the application of this product on my hair. I found it seems to work the best on soaking wet hair with a cream based leave in conditioner as opposed to towel dried or completely dry hair. The style did not carry over onto day 2. So, I guess if you are better than I am with hair styling, you may be able to use this product and carry the style for a few days rather than only one day.Overall, this product does in fact work. The curls I experienced did remain elongated and looked hydrated and healthy. Some may simply see slightly more defined waves and curls while others may see no difference at all. Personally, I was not impressed with the results on my hair. To me, my hair looked the same with or without this product. I would recommend buying this product if you want to try it out and are really looking for some curls. I am not disappointed in purchasing this product because I understand, everything is not for everyone. I will not purchase this product in the future for use on my own hair as I do not feel my hair responds well to products like this [I have also tried many other products designed to ‘make your hair curly’]. I am not sure how this product would fair on thick or straight hair. All I can say is, try it for yourself.

Better than expected. Excellent and not heavy nor does it weigh my hair down. I am 75 and have natural wavy hair that is fine. This product does not make it greasy nor does it make my scalp itch. I will continue to buy
