GROWN IN BULGARIA – Lavender essential oil is grown in many regions across the globe, however, Aura Cacia lavender is grown in Bulgaria. Lavender is harvested annually near or just after the summer solstice. The flowers only bloom for about two weeks, so the harvesting and distillation is often done all day and night. Lavender is harvested with a combine and immediately taken to the distillation facility, where the distillation process begins.

I have used this for years dabbed onto the doorways and windows of my antique home where spiders, beetles, and more find their way in. I never have problems with bugs in my home although it tends to smell like a candy cane around here! I live in the forest and never have the problems that my neighbors often have. Highly recommend this scent which is pure and genuine…not the fake stuff that is often sold. This company is so reliable. My go-to for household cleanig use.

The scent of the lemon is the real deal. I wanted to share with everyone why I purchased this lemon oil was, because I was trying to get rid ofa plantar’s wart under the padding of my foot. It was the size of a quarter & hurt like you wouldn’t believe. I did research to find out what I coulduse for an all natural product & this was it. There was a good review so I thought I would give it a try. It takes patients to rid these nasty warts; soyou must be persistent. Apply 2X a day with a Q-tip & let dry before putting on your socks. It takes about 2 months; so don’t give up. Finally mywart is drying up & shrinking. I tried Tea Tree oil first & thought the nasty smell would kill it, but did not. So I am on the lemon oil & that did the trick. If you do not see results in 2 months you can try lavender oil or tea tree oil. I’ve tried the doctor’s in the past & it takes more than one visitto burn it off. It is a very painful method & costly, too. Please do not try & cut it out; you will do damage & it does not work. A wart is several layers deep. I hope I can help some people out there, because this oil is awesome. Many thanks, Amazon, for carrying this brand. 🙂

My Favorite Tea Tree Oil
Well, I’ve only tried one other brand — I don’t remember which it was. This one has a stronger, more convincing odor (if an odor, or aroma, can be convincing), and tingles nicely when applied to the skin. I’m not sure it does all that much, but in combination with O’Keefe’s skin repair lotion, it does seem to help some rather inexplicable dry and itchy patches of skin. I’m no expert on this topic (or topical, hehe), so I can only share my personal and limited experience, but it’s my impression that this, and tea tree oil in general, is not a very effective disinfectant. Multi antibacterial ointment such as Neosporin performs much better for me, but your results may be more impressive. This product seems legit, pure, and reasonably priced, so I keep buying it.

I always buy Aura Cacia essential oils. You can be assured of their quality as they test their essential oils 100 percent for quality. I made the mistake of purchasing a large bottle of another brand. It was immediately apparent that the other brand was not 100 percent peppermint oil. It had a much fainter aroma & did not smell as much like peppermint. After the bottle was open for about a week it no longer had any peppermint aroma at all. I poured the entire bottle out. I use the oil for control of spiders & other small insects in my house. I place a few drops on cotton balls & place them around the house in closets, along the baseboards, & in corners. I refresh the cotton balls 1-2 a month. The small insects I see now are dead. I have only seen a couple of spiders since I started using the oil & they were dead. I thought it only repelled them, but it must kill them also as they were dead near the cotton balls. I also use it for aromatherapy & therapeutic purposes. Amazon had the best price for the large bottles.
