Avalon Organics very good skin line for the price
I use several of the Avalon Organics products and have for a number of years now. It’s very important to me that I avoid the harmful skin care ingredients that can be cancer causing and endocrine interrupters and the Avalon line ensures this. Skin care products can be outrageously expensive and I have to admit that I supplement my Avalon products with other products however, the Avalon products are a part of my daily routine. When I use a product over time I look for consistency in effectiveness, quality and packaging. The shower gel, day creme and body lotion all have a pleasing smell (I use the lavender gel/lotion), texture is consistent and good and the products are effective. Pump action of the dispensers very good and consistent.

Great Moisturizer, Great Ingredients
I love this Avalon Product with CoQ10- I have used more expensive products (I am still very dedicated to Eminence cleansers) but for some reason Avalons products are great for daily, not heavy moisture with really great results when it comes to fine lines especially on the forehead. Their Vitamin C moisturizer is also really very good, but I like this one because it is a slightly lower price point and it is great ingredient wise. If you have normal skin and are needing lightweight hydration that won’t clog pores I suggest trying this.

Fantastic moisturizer
I Purchased this to replace a face cream that I used for years that is no longer available. I wanted to get some thing with Coq10. This cream is very moisturizing. I think it makes my face look brighter and smoother. I like the smell is very subtle. I also use the toner before hand. It’s a great product.

My face was inflamed all day today because I have been crying because my car was kept overnight by the mechanic so I have been super upset about that. Long story short, I get home and I see my package waiting for me. My face was puffy, I felt stressed, and worn down. I take a shower and immediately put on this cream. OMG! I am obsessed! I felt my skin tightening up IMMEDIATELLY! Then my husband saw me and told me my face looked beautiful. I ran to the mirror and OMG my skin was amazing. My skin feels moisturized but I do not feel product on it, it absorbed so well. This stuff is great! A little goes a long way!It smells like herbal medicine, so it does not have an artificial smell. I am very pleased.

Poor Improvements
I have used Avalon Organics CoQ10 wrinkle defense cream products for years. I usually stocked up when I found a sale because I could depend on it’s quality, that is, until they changed everything from their formula to their packaging. The moisturizer is thick and dries before you can smooth it on your face. And the dispenser stops dispensing half way through the bottle. Their old product left my face smooth and soft. Their old bottle used every last drop and left the bottle completely empty. If you ask me, the corporate decision makers do not have us in mind, only profit. Usually when you improve a product, that’s what you do, improve it not unimproved it. I actually wrote a complaint about their new formula, they assured me the product change was an improvement. I have been saving my stash of half empty bottles to send to Avalon board members along with my opinionated note. Wonder if they ever read product reviews, which mostly repeat the same problems over and over again. In my search for a new product I found Eucerin Q10 Antiwrinkle Sensitive Skin Lotion with SPF 15 very good. It’s $10 and has treated my skin very well. Bye Bye Avalon Organics.

I feel like this product is like a fancy French product in a spa or something. It works so well. I only use this ever. It tingles on your skin and you know it’s working. The best part is that it’s organic.

Perfume bomb that irritates skin
This stuff is a perfume bomb of rose smell. It also irritates not only my skin, but my husband used it once and his entire face was red everywhere it touched using it as directed and completely washing it off. Like the brand, but will never use this product again. If you live rose smell and like feeling your face burning in reaction from it then you may like it.

The pump on this doesn’t work and when I opened the top the tube that leads from the pump doesn’t go into the bottle – it is very short and it stops before it reaches the moisturiser inside. Also made my cheeks red & didn’t get rid of wrinkles.
