Maybe I just have a super sensitive stomach/digestive tract, but I got so sick. I’m talking stomach cramps, intense belching, nausea, projectile vomiting, and diarrhea. I’ve seen really good reviews for this product so was hopeful, but it just isn’t the one for me. Honestly scared to try any other pill or supplement now.

These honestly work so well, it’s scary. Immediately after taking them I become motivated and less stressed / emotional. The only downside is they also upset my stomach and make me really nauseous – a friend of mine takes the Pitta and is having the same issue, so we believe it may be the Brahmi Leaf, which in many cases causes increased bowel movements, stomach cramps, nausea, dry mouth and fatigue. I’m thinking of trying the Vata Digest supplements to go with this and maybe it’ll help the nausea, because the Healthy Vata really does work wonders.Edit: I looked into the Vata Digest, but a quick research of the very first ingredient listed (Guggul Resin) says: It can cause side effects such as stomach upset, headaches, nausea, vomiting, loose stools, diarrhea, belching, and hiccups.
