Better sleep & breathing better
I suffer from sleep apnea and night time allergies, waking multiple times per night. This nasal oil opens up my airways with the vapors and keeps my sinuses moisturized. My wife says the smell is stronger than previous sinus oils we’ve used, but not bad as far as I am concerned. I would recommend this product, the quality is good and it does what it says. I am definitely sleeping better when I remember to use it.

Wonderful Nasya! Helps me sleep, relax and feel grounded
I used Nasya years ago, but got out of the practice. I recently read an article reminding me of the benefits. I decided to try this one and I love it!! I use it at bedtime and feel like it has helped improve my sleep quality. I also use it when I need to unwind or ground. It smells amazing.

Too strong for first time user
I haven’t used nasal oil before and I’m curious to try it out. The oil is self is thick and dense, of good quality. However, it feels pretty weird to have droplets of oil down the nasal areas. It is effective in providing relief on nasal blockages, but the smell is really pungent and I really want to sneeze afterwards. Probably a great product for frequent uses of nasal oil, but I personally won’t use it anymore.
