Natural, protective and nourishing
I love that this sunscreen uses clean ingredients like zinc oxide and beef tallow. It feels moisturizing and gives strong SPF 50 protection without a heavy white cast. Great for kids and sensitive skin. The texture is a little rich can feel greasy if you apply too much, and it takes time to absorb. Still, it’s one of the better natural sunscreens I’ve tried and I’d buy it again.

Ordered this as a substitute for the usual beef tallow sunblock which was unavailable at time of order. I prefer tallow based sunscreens because I inherited the family skin and also have an outdoor job on a river, so a good sunscreen is not an option.One piece of advice: if you work for a living don’t stow this stuff in your lunch cooler. It gets a little thic, so you want it at room temperature or a little above for easier application.It’s not greasy, didn’t leave any white residue like some of the mineral sunscreens, and seems to have good staying power if you’re not actually in the water.Would I reorder? TBD.But I am currently welded to the notion of tallow based sunscreens because I trust cattle far more than multinational chemical conglomerates.So if you’re in the market for a tallow based sunscreen – and you really should be – this product is a solid option.

This stuff is so so so good. I have to tell you that I have a HORRIBLE relationship with sunscreen. I can’t stand applying it, I can’t stand smelling it, I can’t stand how it feels on my skin….UNTIL NOW! This is a new holy grail product and has changed my entire perspective on sunscreen. I love this stuff. It feels like skincare, it absorbs into my skin like a dream, doesn’t get sweaty, doesn’t stink, and IT WORKS! I just got back from 3 full long days at Disneyland and hubs and I didn’t get any sunburn!! This product is a winner.

I’ve been a long time avid user of beef tallow products so I was so excited when I came across this sunscreen. First of all, it doesn’t have a white cast, it hydrates my skin while protecting it from the sun, and it gives me such a healthy glow and makes my skin look so bouncy!! This sunscreen is amazing!! This Sunscreen is AMAZING!
This is the best sunscreen I’ve ever used! I can’t be in the sun without sunscreen per doctors orders. This doesn’t make me feel all oily and it last for at least 80 minutes. Not too mention its for all skin types and has natural extracts in it. I’ll definitely be getting more of this!
