Great to use
Amazing stuff, I have bad knees and have muscle cramps i. My legs and feet. I rub this on before bed and usually don’t have an issue. Works on other muscles as well.

After working a 12 hour shift while pregnant I would come home crying because my legs/feet were swollen and in pain. This cream really alleviated some of the pain and reduced/prevented my swelling.

Not crazy about this lotion
I get really bad cramps in my feet and ankles at night, my husband gets them in his calves. Was hopeful this lotion would help. My feet started cramping while putting the lotion on. I rubbed it in as well as I could, but continued cramping for an hour or more after.Bought the unscented for my husband, lavender scent for me. Lavender scent is horrid – unscented as advertised. Lotion is not smooth, and does not absorb well – it goes on sticky and stays that way until it dries. And it stings, horribly. I thought it might have been the lavender scent that made my legs sting, but the unscented did it, too. Then I thought maybe it was because I’d shaved my legs, but when I shave in the morning, and put the lotion on before bed, 14ish hours later, you’d think it would be ok….nope. It’s bad.Hoping to find a different brand that will fell and work better.

Love the lavender scent, clean ingredients just like you would make at home. Works great for relaxing and sleep.

Excellent magnesium cream
The label advertises a high level of MgCl and that seems to be the case. It’s the most effective of the magnesium creams I’ve tried. It’s not as silky smooth as many other creams due to the high MgCl level, but it’s still easy to apply. I’ve been using it about 3 times in a 24-hr period to help relax muscle spasms but a little goes a long way so it’s cost-effective. Scent is nice, not overpowering. Wish it included some lidocaine for pain tho.

The jar looked like half of the product was missing. We tried it but I didn’t see any change in my muscle aches let alone it did not help me relax or fall asleep and stay asleep.

This has a tiny gritty texture until it warms up all the way. However it works SO GOOD so I’m still giving it 5 stars
