Definitely worth a try!
I like this tea a lot. When steeped correctly, 3-5 minutes, and lightly sweetened, it tastes very good. While I have not experienced any weight loss, I have become more ‘regular’ and have had less food cravings. I drink the tea 3x/day, 15-30 minutes before breakfast and lunch, and right before going to bed. It contains oolong, green, and pu’erh teas, that when combined together have an amazing impact on the body. Oolong tea is known to be high in antioxidants, has anti-cancer properties, and helps with weight management. Green tea is also full of antioxidants, helps reduce the risk of heart disease, and helps the liver remove waste and toxins from the body. Pu’erh tea helps with weight loss, reducing cholesterol, and improving digestion. This detox tea also comes with a diet plan that, I think, is very easy to follow.

Serious appetite suppressant!
I went looking for something else I saw advertised in an article. I wasn’t crazy about that particular product due to the reviews, but the Bikini Body Tea was recommended so I decided to give it a try.I absolutely love this tea! I have ALWAYS been a breakfast person. Trying intermittent fasting was never an option for me because of the hunger pangs. I have a cup of this tea as soon as I get to work and I don’t get hungry for hours. There have even been a few times that I’ve had force myself to eat lunch, because even by noon or 1:00 p.m., I’m still not hungry.Since this is such a good appetite suppressant, I have been able to reduce my overall calories and lose 6 pounds in the last two weeks.Because the Pu’erh tea leaf is blended with the Oolong and Green tea, the taste is really mild. I have mine with Splenda and I’ve had it both hot and as an iced tea.I looked into buying just Pu’erh tea leaf, but some describe the taste as ‘dirty’. Since the Bikini Body Tea is so great tasting, I’m purchasing again. Why mess up a good thing, right?

Pleasently surprised
Ok so this isn’t a magic spell, it hasn’t melted the pounds off, BUT, it is an absolutely excellent starting place. I’ve only been drinking the tea for four days and my energy levels have sky rocketed. It has a nice mild taste, I only need to add a small bit of honey and it makes my morning quite enjoyable. No belly aches, no bathroom drama, easy to incorporate into your lifestyle. I was skeptical of the craving reduction but it actually worked! I’m no longer snacking all day long, my stomach doesn’t growl between meals. I am so pleasantly surprised! I’ve recommended it to all of my family, friends, and coworkers. Give it a shot, it might be just what you need to kick off a healthier lifestyle. Cheers!

Amazing
Overall a good tea. I try to drink it plain, without sugar, honey or milk. Was bitter, and took some getting used to, but tea revitalized my entire body. It helped with my breathing a lot, it felt like I had extra space in my lungs to inhale while drinking this tea. It reduced bloating incredibly. It definitely curbed my hunger. However, be careful, I found myself not eating for 24 hours at one point because of how full I was from drinking the tea twice a day. I would suggest to try once a day , especially around lunchtime. Unfortunately I had to stop drinking the tea, as my gyno informed me that detoxing teas reduced the effectiveness of oral contraceptive. Was great while it lasted though. Would definitely repurchase if I do stop taking contraceptive.

Tastes great and has reduced my cravings significantly! I am not trying to lose a lot of weight, but I am trying to lose several pounds and tone my body, so I can’t speak to this tea helping for dramatic weight loss. As nothing is a magical weight loss pill on its own, drinking this tea must be combined with healthy eating choices and exercise. The tea contains Pu-Erh, which is said to promote weight loss in Chinese culture, so I was glad to find this in the tea and also because I love the taste of Pu-Erh tea. I can’t say for sure if it’s the fact that I’m drinking three times the amount of liquid now and that’s why I’m not as hungry, or if something in the tea is really helping, but it doesn’t matter to me, either way it is working. I am exercising more, eating less, and sleeping better!

My personal experience
I’ve been taking the tea as directed for 6 days now. The product works. I don’t feel hungry all the time like I usually do and have been eating significantly less. However, my body is not reacting positively to it. I don’t know if it’s an allergic reaction to the pu’erh tea but I’ve been feeling very drained and shaky, nervousness, nausea and shortness of breath. I looked the tea up and those are all side effects of the tea. I regularly drink green tea and oolong tea so I know that’s not it. Maybe it’s a combination of all three together that my body couldn’t handle. Either way I am no longer drinking the tea.

Prevents hunger pangs
Tastes like tea, nothing spectacular but at least it doesn’t taste like dirt! I sometimes steep it with peppermint tea for a little more flavor and sweetness. It totally works to stop the hunger pangs for at least 2-3 hours. However, for me anyway, I have to remember to have a little something to eat or I get jittery after a few hours. Not from the caffeine but from hunger or low blood sugar or something. I wouldn’t describe it as a laxative however I do find it sometimes causes a very mild clear out if you KWIM. I have only been using it for a week or so and can’t say too much for any weight loss it has helped with, but I do notice a decrease in bloating. I would say if the hunger pangs are what’s keeping you from losing weight then this tea will probably help.

I have in the past taken Puer and Oolong tea and didn’t like the taste, so I was a little hesitant to try this. It tastes good, especially with 1-2 tbsp of lemon juice as someone here pointed out. My husband (who is a coffee drinker) has started drinking it too. We have both lost two pounds, each. I had the tea sent by Amazon to my hotel in England. Unfortunately, the company does not send to Iceland, or I would order more. Too many companies in Britain say they only send to Europe – but Iceland is part of Europe and European rates apply to mail for Iceland. :=)
