I’ve been taking these Bio K+ Heart Health probiotics daily for a couple of weeks, and I already feel a difference in my digestion. My stomach feels calmer, and bloating after meals has decreased noticeably. Good Product but expensive
I take probiotic for so long now, I have tried lots of brand and honestly I can’t tell which is the best. However I trust this brand and I like the fact that it is shelf stable so I bring it whenever I go without worrying to put it in a refrigirator. It’s just during my vacation during the Cali heatwave at 117, which is really hot, the capsule turned a little brown so I know now to still put it in a cooler.The capsule is tiny and is easy to swallow. But about $45, I can’t take it 2x a day. It’s too expensive.

Trusted brand for probiotics
I’ve been using Bio-K+ products for a while now and I’m pretty happy with them. In particular with probiotics it’s super important to take them from a trusted brand that ensures the proper quaility. A low quality or contaminated product can really do a lot of damage if it introduces some imbalance in the gut microbiome. This supplement uses the Limosilactobacillus reuteri LRC strain. Since I haven’t gotten my blood work done before and after I can’t comment on the LDL part. However, Limosilactobacillus reuteri is also referred to as “happy probiotic” since it may improve the overall mood and feelings of happiness. The capsules are easy to swallow and since the company provides clinically proven solutions in general I think it’s good value for money. I didn’t notice any adverse side effects after 30 days. I only wish the product was 3rd party lab tested.

High quality probiotic
Bio-K is my trust brand for probiotic. I am not sure if this one can help to control my LDL I would defer to the lab result to see if it helps, I also take other things such as red yeast rice for LDL, so really hard to say which one can really help. However, it did help to control my IBS. This is very obvious, after taking this I felt so much less bloated in the afternoon and less pain in my belly. I probably would not keep buying it just for IBS though, considering the price and seems it is not branded for IBS at all.

It’s truly hard to review any supplement based on results alone, especially when you add it to a sizable regimen of supplements but I have a good feeling about this product. First and foremost, it’s non-GMO verified so right off the bat, I have a certain amount of trust in the manufacturer. I’m always concerned with my heart health and if my next wellness exam shows a better LDL, I’ll know I’m on the right path by using this probiotic.

I’ve been taking these Probiotics daily after breakfast and dinner for two weeks and have noticed a feeling of calm and ease return in my digestive system. The first thing that happened was a more consistent complete bowel movement. The second has been the reduction of gas and bloating in my stomach after a meal. I love Bio-K probiotics and believe they are the Gold Standard when taking probiotics to restore gut health. I’ve been using them for 15 years to help my immune system restore balance especially after taking antibiotics.This specific Probiotic (LRC) has a lot of research and scientific support for heart wellness that can easily be found when looking for information about this product.Taking two a day with different meals has really helped me feel good even when I don’t have time to eat properly. They are small capsules that are easily swallowed and digested. Definitely a superior product that I can highly recommend

I love and trust this brand
I’ve been using BioK probiotics since I discovered the little blueberry drinks in a health food store in Brooklyn back in 2007. That’s my favorite and go-to of their products, but I will try anything they make. I’ve had the kids probiotic packs that you add to water. I eat a pretty good diet so I’m not sure if I could see a huge difference from those. The Blueberry drinks are good, though I could literally feel them working in my gut back in the day, and now not so much. I’m not sure if that is due to the change in my diet and lifestyle, or the actual product over the years. Anywho! Wanted to try these. I’m not sure I understand how these are heart-health specific, but that’s great in my book. These capsules are small and easy to swallow. I haven’t been taking them long enough to notice a huge difference, but I do think they are helping me with my reflux/indigestion which is a nice bonus to experience. I’ll update once I’ve had the whole bottle if there are noticeable results, but I do definitely recommend this brand and their products.Update: I’ve just about finished the bottle (one left) and I’m not sure I can report any noticeable results. That said, I was happy to have the probiotics thinking they are helping me without really seeing a difference.
