Incredible Results!
Our 2 year old was bit by a dog. Once his 9 stitches were removed, we started applying this 2x/day. Its been about 3 months and you can hardly see the scar above his lip. Again, he is 2 and gets a runny nose, but the product has worked wonders. And it wasnt easy to rub it on his fresh scars, so maybe it wasnt even perfectly applied but it still worked! The smaller bottle has lasted 3 months and I reordered the bigger bottle, but you dont need much. We plan to continue using it for at least another 3 months. We also used it on a scar he had on his chin for 3 months which was firm/hard, and it is nearly gone, including the firmness, after 3 months.Ive read negative reviews about the price…but thats your choice. The product works, so its up to you if the price is worth the lessening of your scar. For us and our dog biting our 2 year old, its worth every single penny. It works. It really works.It dries quickly…maybe not instantly, but just as a lotion would ‘dry’. The consistency is fine, it feels good, like quality and worthwhile. Thick enough to stay put & absorb.Now, if only our son woyld be able to grow a mustache on his scars!1st pic is 1 month after use. 2nd pic is 3 months after use. Scars are hardly noticeable!

Surprised and Amazed at the same time
I’ve been trying to get rid of a bunion scar. For years I’ve spent ample amount of money on treatment that never worked, but this here works I’ve been using it for almost a month now it’s been days where I took breaks from using it and it still working. It’s brought my scar down a lot. A little goes a long ways. I love it honestly, I wish it would’ve saved me money years ago.

Well worth the price!
This stuff is like magic. I started using a small amount every morning after I got 5 stitches in my forehead. A few months later and the scar is almost entirely gone (and still improving every week). I have been extremely happy with the results and even the doctors I work with have been shocked at how well it has healed. I cannot speak to how well it works on old scars but it absolutely erases new ones.

Biocorneum vs ScarAway after several months
I used both Biocorneum and the significantly cheaper ScarAway gel for months and these are my takeaways:I was recommended Biocorneum by my cosmetic surgery doctor after I had some moles removed. I also asked about ScarAway gel, and she said both would work just fine, but Biocorneum has the added (and necessary) benefit of SPF protection.First off, aside from the chemical sunscreen, both Biocorneum and ScarAway share the same active ingredient: medical-grade silicone gel. This is what prevents scarring. Biocorneum adds SPF protection which is necessary to prevent sun damage which can worsen scars. Everything else is mostly fancy words and marketing.So is Biocorneum better than ScarAway? Yes, because it includes SPF 30 and it seems to apply more cleanly. ScarAway is stickier, so applying sunscreen on top after is slightly more troublesome but still doable. At the very least, it’s an extra step.However, Biocorneum is FIVE TIMES AS EXPENSIVE. I believe the product is overpriced. The active ingredient is the same as cheaper silicone gels, and the convenience of SPF is very nice, but much of the added cost seems to be in product positioning as a premium product.So should you buy it? I still think so, but you can also save some money by also purchasing ScarAway for use when you’re at home. You don’t really need SPF when you’re inside.The packaging for Biocorneum looks very nice, however the sleek container makes the cap slippery so be careful when you’re applying it in public.If you’re traveling, Biocorneum is also convenient because it looks a little better applied and the SPF is built in.In conclusion, it works and it’s convenient, but it’s significant more expensive than ScarAway which also works the same way (though you really do need SPF if you go out).

Biocorneum Advanced Scar
I bought this scar cream on the recommendation of a surgeon. My daughter fell and cut her forehead, leaving a deep wound. After we dressed it and removed the bandage, the doctor recommended applying this cream daily. The cream really works: we have been using it for a year, and my daughter has a small scar, but it is now white and barely noticeable. I am very satisfied with the results. I still have a full jar of the cream, so it lasts a long time

Very Little Product for High Price
I cannot share an outcome on whether or not this cream was effective. I had surgery 8/20 and bought this in advance to use on the scars once cleared. I also have used scar tape; however, I have only been able to use this cream probably less than 10 times and today I ran out. The outside bottle is clearly larger than the inner canister and there’s no way to see how much is in there or if you’re getting low. For $75, I expected to get many more uses out of it as I was using it sparingly as it was. Very disappointed in the cost and not able to quantitatively assess whether it was worth the cost as there was not enough.
