Seems to be effective
I like just adding drops to my favorite juice to get great results. If you remember to mix the juice before drinking there is no taste. If you forget, it’s not a good flavor. But it is vary quickly to take. Seems to be helping my hair, skin and nails.

Great for bones
This biosil tastes awful, but it does the job. I use it for bone health, but it helps my joints too. Just a few drops a day is all you need. Just be sure to mix it with something to mask the flavor, or be prepared for the foul taste.

Actually strengthens nails and speeds hair growth
I have been using this stuff for years. I use much more than the recommended amount. I use 8 drops twice per day. Without this stuff, my fingernails crumble away past the quick which is very painful. But this stuff fixes me up! I have stopped and started taking this enough times to be certain: yes, it is the Biosil that is helping. The fluid tastes TERRIBLE! Like earwax! But I put it in water with the other tinctures I take, and then it’s not so bad. Buying the capsules to get the dosage I need would be very much more expensive per day. A nice side effect is that it makes my hair grow very fast. But it’s the fingernail issue that keeps me coming back.
