DIM SGS doesnt help with weight loss, but may help with other menopause issues.
I have been taking the DIM SGS for a year along with ADK10 AND getting quarterly pellet injections. Some reviews say DIM SGS help with weight control or weight loss, but for me they do not.I also take a GLP-1 for diabetes, but neither of these has helped reduce my weight in the past year, even though I get 2-3 hours of exercise a week.These dont seem to have any side effects, they are easy to use, dont interrupt my sleep and are fairly inexpensive compared to some hormone/menopause “helpers”.

My wife bought this to balance hormones. She had a headache for few weeks now she feels better. She drank lots of water like her doctor told her. She’s been taking this for a while. It does help her. It does work just be patient I know headaches are harsh but once you get past it you will feel better. I’m glad this has helped my wife.
