The presentation and the packaging was incredible. I almost didn’t care about the product inside. However, after three uses, my hair is soft and silky with a little bit of body as well. My hair is fine, so it takes a lot to give it some oomph! The Shampoo is nice and thick and does a great job. The Conditioner has the most amazing fresh scent and softens my dry gray hair nicely. I think I’ve found a winner in this product.

Good color safe combo
I have purple hair and I use semi permanent dye which washes out quicker than it should. I have been struggling to find a good shampoo and conditioner that doesn’t strip the color. I also struggle with dry damaged hair from doing too much bleaching. I need a shampoo and conditioner that hydrates and is also color safe.This shampoo and conditioner come together as a set when purchasing. There are loads of good stuff in this product. First off, the color in my hair doesn’t rinse out when using this product and my bring purple color has been beautifully maintained. The combo is also very hydrating to my damaged hair. This shampoo doesn’t get sudsy when put in the hair which makes you need to use larger amounts to get a clean feeling head. That fact is one reason I gave only 4 stars. Another reason is the price is a bit high and it seems as though the bottles are not full when receiving this. A plus about this combo is the lovely fresh ingredients make for a very delightful smell that remains in your hair for a long time.Honestly, I would recommend this product for anyone with bright colored hair that wishes to maintain their color about 90%. This is a good product and makes my hair soft and frizzy is gone. Hope this was helpful.

I have really thick hair. Been using H&S shampoo and conditioner for the longest time which made my hair kind of fizzy and “dry”. And had flaky scalps. Found myself this. After couple weeks, my hair not only feels silky smooth but maintains my genuine thick hair (if that makes sense?). And none of the flaky white pesks on my hair appears. Honestly really love it.

Very soft and shiny!
So I used this for the first time today. When I was in the shower I said this will not work for me (no lather) it could be because I am on a well which is hard water, but my other shampoos lather. I also like a clean fresh smell, you can barely smell anything. When I was a teenager my favorite shampoo was (Gee my hair smells terrific) that was my perfume I got compliments all day everyday for the smell of that shampoo. Never a need for perfume. However when my hair dried it was not frizzy, it is shiny and very smooth so the other stuff is important to me but the way my hair feels is amazing very soft. Very little hair fall out as well so I will be using it until someone remakes (Gee my hair smells terrific)

I don’t think this is working for me
I got the Apple Cider Vinegar set because I have dry scalp/flaking around my hairline, primarily around the temples, and am a little self conscious about the flaking potentially being visible to others. I also was having a lot of shedding/hair loss when I washed my hair. The smell is okay, the shampoo smells a little more like perfume than the conditioner does but it doesn’t bother me too much. Both of them feel good when using, and I have noticed a bit less shedding so that’s good, but I think it has made the dry scalp worse. It doesn’t seem to be any better, still quite flaky, and at times the dryness is more like a scab and leaves a red mark when it comes off. So I don’t know if it’s the formula or my particular situation, but it doesn’t seem to be doing what it’s intended to do and plan to stop using it so I don’t make my scalp worse.

My hair is soft, I really like these. Smell is very salon scent which isn’t my favorite but it doesn’t bother me. My hair looks healthy and hopefully, since I’m growing out my hair, over time it will get even better.
