Nice feel, not sticky but lovely cream.
After having mixed feelings about this line am slowly loving IT! I have been using Elem*s only for a year and half, but after now having tried a handful of this brands products, feel they are very similar in targeting my mature skin aras, but also a third of the price. The eye cream is soft, silky and made my under eye area look, feel so much better after just two nights, no bags almost. Love it. So far 6 out of 7 were a 4 star or above. Give them a try, as I am loving saving money.

Worth a Try
I have used Bliss products before. This one helps with puffiness as long as I watch my salt intake and use an extra pillow at night to raise my head. What I have noticed with this eye cream is some small grains which may have a purpose. I know some vitamin C powders don’t mix well in formulations. That might be their problem. I will probably continue to order this product, at least until someone comes up with something better.

Good product I like it.
I really like this product. It helps with my under eye aging and sagging, and doesn’t do much for just collaboration but it definitely I see a difference when I put it on. There’s no strong sense or heaviness feeling on my skin.

Goes on light and It moisturizes ok but I don’t see any lasting benefit. Doesn’t reduce puffiness above or below eyes. I have sensitive eyes and feel like this product irritates my eyes somewhat. I’ve tried other Bliss products that I have really liked.

Allergic reaction several months after using
I just had a terrible allergic reaction after having this for several months. Thought it can’t be possible, so came to reviews to inquire, and there are many complaints of this. I have a huge dry patch with long wrinkle lines, along with itch, redness, and inflammation. I have used this in the past with no problem. Maybe the ingredients expire and create adverse issues.

Here’s a unicorn of a beauty product: Bliss Rest Assured Vitamin C Eye Cream really does make my dark circles disappear and bags deflate. After a quick easy application before adding minimum makeup (just a bit of slip tint and translucent powder), I could feel the cooling, calming effects. I kept the finish simple with a touch of liner but no mascara and a warm lipstick. Within the half hour my face felt refreshed and under eye droop gone for a very reasonable price!
