Hard to say how effective these pills are as I am sure you need to take them for a while to get maximumBenefit, but they are easy to take, inoffensive flavor just a slight – very slight – garlic odor.Worth trying to keep blood pressure down and in an healthy range in a natural way.

Heavy on garlic, light on results
Both taste and smell are very heavy on the garlic. I happen to like garlic, but this is a little much. They aren’t the worst supplements I’ve ever had, but the taste is quite strong. If you don’t like garlic, these might be tough to take. They are a little on the large side but I didn’t find them hard to swallow.But enough about the pills themselves, what about the results? Well, there has been no change at all to my blood pressure. I wasn’t expecting a dramatic change, but I don’t even have a slight change I can point to. And I can’t say that I feel much different either. They might work for some people, but it’s hard for me to recommend since they didn’t seem to be very effective on me.

While I can’t speak to whether or not this supplement works for its intended usage, it checks a lot of the boxes that you would want in a supplement. It’s made in an FDA approved facility; it includes a lot number and expiration date (mine was approximately a year from the date I received it); and it includes the weight of all of the active ingredients. It also includes a phone number and an address/email for the company that distributes it. Do your own research on the ingredients, but this seems like a quality option if the ingredient profile meets your needs.

Horrible taste, pure garlic
I’m taking these, so they are “consumable”, but some of the worst tasting pills I’ve ever had. Taste like straight garlic, and I even like garlic! But wouldn’t eat a clove by itself. Recommended dose is two pills, twice daily. No thanks. Sorry but they’re hard to take. Therefore no idea if it’s helpful.
