Help With Blood Sugar
There are several ways to reduce blood sugar without a prescription. This formula is helping get mine under control. It contains several important vitamins and minerals that help with metabolism. The capsules are larger. I found that they occasionally got stuck in my throat, but I was able to get them down either by drinking a lot of water, or by eating something. They have no taste and don’t upset my stomach, or have any other negative side effects. One thing I like about this brand is that it provides the full nutrition values on the back of the bottle. At more than 50 cents per dose, they are on the more expensive side. I wish they had a bigger bottle that was a little more economical. However, in terms of the nutrition profile, I consider it a fair value.

I find these help with digestion and anti-inflammation not just sugar support.
What a full mixture of so many herbs in one pill that help me with blood sugar balance and also aid me in digestion and help relieve arthritic pain in my thumbs. The pills are medium sized capsules and smooth so not that hard to swallow and have a bitter spicy smell to them, which is a good sign since it smells like they are genuine then. I especially like the mulberry and cinnamon content.

Great blend of natural ingredients and vitamins
This is well worth checking out if you’re diabetic. I’m not, but I nonetheless try to moderate my blood sugar levels with various supplements, especially cinnamon. This is a great blend that also gives me bitter melon (a great food for diabetics), and all kinds of other herbs and plants believed to be beneficial. There’s even a little L-taurine, which I already take separately. Now I get a little bit more, and all the others, from a couple of capsules.One bottle may seem a little pricey for just a month’s supply, but it’s only a little more than half a dollar per day, which is actually cheaper and more convenient than buying fresh bitter melon.

Did Not See the Results I Was Hoping For
I decided to try this supplement to see if it could support my daily balance, but my experience has been mixed. It was easy to add into my routine and I appreciated that it did not upset my stomach. I also liked that the capsules were convenient and fit into my day without any issues. However, in terms of results, I did not notice much of a difference. I paid close attention to my numbers over time and they stayed about the same as before I began taking it. I had hoped for some improvement but it just was not there for me. While I cannot say it was harmful, I also cannot say it made a noticeable impact. It did feel good knowing I was making an effort to support my health, but the outcome was not what I was looking for. I think this may work differently for others, but for me it did not show real benefits. I will probably look for another option that provides clearer results. At least the product was gentle on my system and easy to take. Overall, I would describe my experience as neutral rather than positive.
