Not a miracle, but what supplement is?
Giving this a four only because I can’t really speak to how it’s working for me. These things are hard to gauge whether there’s a tangible difference or not, when there are so many other factors you can’t account for.I appreciate that this is third party tested, has enough info on the label, etc.Not the company’s fault, but whomever is in charge of packaging this for Amazon stuck a large label directly over the bottle label, and I like to be able to read/see all information available, which this prevented my from doing. Kind of annoying, but most of the text is still there.

I use supplements to help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to help you know the company and product better so you can determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out.This bottle comes about half full, which is one of my pet peeves with many supplement companies. I would prefer they put in more capsules and/or use a smaller bottle.If used as directed it will last one month (3 capsules a day, on an empty stomach at least one hour before a meal).The “Best by” date on mine is Jul 2028.The capsules don’t have much of a scent or taste, and are easy to swallow with water.I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and made in the USA. This says pastured-raised cattle (for the colostrum), made in USA, GMP certified, zero GMO, and lab tested (does not indicate if it’s 3rd party).I look into the supplement companies I use because I’ve come across so many questionable ones. I like to see a phone number on the website, or at least a chat feature. Their website has a Contact page form. The folona site is mostly functional (all but one of the answers on their FAQ page are just repeats of the question) and a little bit informative – it has information on the founder, though it doesn’t mention her name. I would like to see more information on the company, their sourcing, manufacturing, and results of their testing.I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement but I like this blend except that they use magnesium stearate, which many companies say they need to use, while the manufacturers of the highest quality supplements that I am aware of refuse to.Thank you for reading, I hope it was helpful.
