The only supplement that make a difference on my labs.
So I had (regrettably) gastric bypass in 2007. I have had below normal calcium labs since 2008. I have literally in the last 18 years tried EVERY calcium supplement. This is the only supplement that has ever worked for getting my calcium level in range. It’s not chalky, gritty, tastes good and works.

Liquid calcium
I had my thyroid removed so calcium has become a problem for me. I take supplements however the liquid calcium seems to help me more. I have only had this a couple days so can’t say how much it will help but it tastes ok and easy to swallow. The only thing I don’t care for is that it needs to be refrigerated, my reason for 4 stars. So far I’ve not experienced any issues.

Really like this product!
I had a bone density test and have some osteopenia. My doctor recommended calcium citrate with vitamin D supplement. After much research I decided on this product. I heard Magnesium helps to sleep better so I opted for this one. I purchased the lemon flavor. As some have noted It does have a chalky taste but you are only taking a tablespoon at a time. I myself like the flavor and I take It in the evening. I do seem to sleep better but It could be mind over matter. I won’t know for a while if It is helping but I will continue to take It.

Quality supplement with terrible taste
My doctor recommended this supplement because I have osteoporosis, difficulty absorbing calcium, and this supplement is a liquid. This supplement is available in multiple fruit flavors. This one is mixed berry. The liquid is grainy and chalky. I suggest the manufacturer add a mint flavor as I find mint much easier to take chalky meds with than fruit flavors. The sweetened fruit flavor is so unlikable that I am struggling to be compliant in taking this and may have to go back to a capsule calcium supplement. In addition, this one does have vitamin D3 and magnesium which help with calcium absorbtion, but not the vitamin K2 which directs the calcium to bones.

NICE FORMULATION
Taste is Pleasant, this is a first time you so I don’t know if it will work for strengthening fingernails. We will see. Appears to be Toxin and allergen-free.

Easy to take and tastes good
After a bone density scan showed osteopenia starting in my left hip, my doctor instructed me to take an OTC calcium supplement. I have choked several times trying to take the huge calcium pills and I’m done with them! I searched for liquid forms and found a concentrate (take using a dropper) and this liquid product. I ordered them both to try. I have seen other customers complain about the taste but I have to say that, for myself, the raspberry flavor is very pleasant. And the thick texture is not at all bothersome to me either. I started off using a medicine measuring cup but that was just too wasteful because product would stay stuck to the side and bottom of it. I have soup spoons that measure half a tablespoon so I simply pour it into the soup spoon twice and I’m done. Since the product is so thick, it does not spill out of the spoon. Zero waste.I won’t have another bone density scan for a couple of years so I can’t speak the effectiveness of the supplement at this time. But what I can say is I was ready to stop taking calcium all together after the last choking episode. So this product is helping me remain compliant with my doctor’s instructions and that has to be a positive. Because taking calcium vs not taking it … far better than a broken hip!
