The taste… is a chalky nightmare.
Like others mentioned, the taste is horrible. I don’t have a sensitive taste or stomach and this is just plain terrible. I can’t imagine the raw taste would be any worse. It’s hard to describe the taste, but you would think with the money Bryan claims to have spent, he could of done some peer testing and come up with something that is either bearable or that would be easy to disguise the taste, it makes everything chalky.

Pretty good
Honestly, It tastes pretty bad. The scoop that you have to make is also quite big. Personally, I cannot take it in the morning because it makes my stomach upset, so I take it at night. I have been trying to take it regularly but it is really hard to put down. I think its good for me and I don’t not believe that, but I just don’t love the taste, how much you have to scoop, and how it makes me feel.

Bloating and gas coming your way
I don’t want to completely knock on this because I want to support Bryan and his work, I decided to give this a go after purchasing other supplements of his. First and foremost the taste is okay, don’t expect it to taste like kool aid but it’s drinkable, the people complaining about the taste on here is the least of your worries. After taking it for a few days I’ve experienced the worst gas, and diarrhea. Perhaps my body isn’t adjusting to the nutrients yet but I would recommend taking it in small amounts then gradually increase the amount. Mixes well with water also I would say if you have a strong stomach give it a go.
