Treats get crumbly
My dogs like these treats okay, so that’s a positive. They don’t LOVE them, but they’ll definitely eat them and they appreciate getting them. My main issue with them is that they’re fairly crumbly. I tend to take a handful of treats and put them in my jacket pocket and pull out a treat whenever the dogs do something worth rewarding as we’re out and about. Doing that with these treats results in a pocket full of crumbs and treat dust. These are good treats for someone feeding treats primarily at home and handing them out from the bag, but not so great for treats ‘on the go’ as I tend to use them.

My dog LOVES these! I feel good about giving her these because the ingredients are all healthy. The treats even smell like peanut butter and apples-two of he faves.

Great for pups with smaller mouths
Super happy with these treats for so many reasons. First, my pup loves them, they are a good size for his smaller mouth and not hard like some treats so they are easy to chew and to break in half if I want to portion out his treat. Second, they are made with wholesome ingredients so you know your pup is not getting artificial dyes & chemicals or unhealthy bi-products. Third, they come in a plastic, resealable bag that keeps them stored neatly and fresh. A little pricey for a 10oz bag of treats, but considering the quality and the fact that my picky pup really enjoys them is worth it.

Our picky dog likes them, so they must be good!
My dog goes crazy over these! He’s an old man, almost 14yrs old, but he gets super excited and still dances when he sees these treats.He’s very picky, and sometimes has a sensitive stomach, but he just loves these and they don’t bother his tummy at all. They don’t smell bad to the human nose, and they must taste great because he practically inhales them.He’s a bit too old for training new tricks now, but we like to break these in half to practice his old tricks, like sitting nicely, and giving paw.Since he’s old, we take care to make sure we give him quality food and treats. I like that they are made with simple ingredients. I highly recommend them.

Apples for all!
My wife and I are always looking for more treats for the dogs! We’re about to go into whelping season (yikes) and thought our four legged monsters could use some treats. These apple treats are healthy and have a lot fewer preservatives than the meat version. However, to be fair, these are NOT the most favored treats of the great pyrenees and german shepherd. The chow won’t eat them at all — however, that is expected, as he is a strictly a meat and potatoes guy (although, he really likes caeser salads…go figure).Regardless, these are good, wholesome treats. Doggo LOVES ‘EM!
These Body and Soul baked dog treats (Apple & Peanut Butter) sure seem to make my Teddy very happy! He’s an older fella, a long haired Chihuahua, & his teeth are…. struggling, to put it nicely. So normally hard, crunchy treats are not something he particularly goes for these days. These treats seem to be a bit lighter, I assume via a baking technique, and b/c he immediately took the treat & ate all of it right then, it let me know that he definitely approves & has come back for more!I took a pic of the backside of the package so you can see all the goodness that goes into these treats and I’m impressed! It smells like a yummy peanut butter treat, too, instead of some… something else. One downside you may notice in my pic is that although the treats bag is heavy with 10oz of treats, once they settle, you’re looking at about 1/3 of the bag being air. This does not bother me so much, but to some it might. Just an observation.This is definitely a 5 star treat for us b/c of taste/flavor that Teddy seems to really like, ease of eating as they’re not super hard & thick, and they’re chock-a-block full of goodness with none of the bad normally found in pet treats/food. This is a winner for us! Oh! And they’re a small business in the USA that’s woman owned. Hope you consider trying them & thanks for reading.

A good treat you can feel even better about giving to your dog.
Where to start with these treats. One they are made here in the US, two it’s a woman owned company, and three the guaranteed analysis that’s shown online matches what’s on their bag (this isn’t the case a surprising amount of times with some other brands). Things I can get behind. My dogs love these, some of these healthier treats can be hit or miss with my dogs. But they really seem to enjoy these and I can feel good about giving it to them because the list of ingredients is short and clear. I would definitely recommend this brand and the Peanut butter apple treats. I’ll definitely be trying some of the other flavors for them.
