I used this as a snack you know when your stomach is hungry. It’s a much healthier snack than junk food. Having the extra protein is positive too because I’m lifting things in my job. This keeps me strong. I like the chocolate creamy taste.I’m not into ingredients because I can’t pronounce over half of them. I just know I feel better & it fills that hunger.
