This is one of several Bronson supplements I take and they definitely offer a quality product. I take two pills each evening with my vitamin regimen. I’ve been taking these for roughly two months and I am feeling much calmer and have been sleeping better. I’ve taken Ashwagandha before as a recommendation from a nutritionist but I definitely feel a difference in my mood with this one. I have a lot of stress in my life and feel anxious often. (I know this supplement isn’t for everyone and you should absolutely talk to your doctor. If Ashwagandha in general makes you feel more anxious then you may want to ask if the GABA supplement is better for you). Everyone is different, so there’s no perfect fit for all.For me, I will be continuing to take this brand and supplement. I am feeling so much better these past couple months, and have not been waking up in the middle of the night with my stomach in knots and my head spinning. With that alone, it’s absolutely worth every cent. The cost is great on this one too, a 3-month supply with taking two pills daily and there isn’t any after taste. So if your’e looking for some peace and would like to wake up a little more energized, I recommend giving them a try.

Real and High Quality at Great Value (but not 3000mg lol)
Like another review said, in 2 pills you get 580mg NOT 3000mg. However 600-800mg is the maximum effective dose we have found so far for increasing strength and testosterone. If you took 3 of these pills you would get 870mg. That would be plenty, I get amazing results from just 1 or 2 pills per day. These pills are potent and they work, the best I have tried so far. at $10-15 per bottle you are getting an amazing price and value. I found that I get energy SO MUCH ENERGY from combining this supplement with also having at least 100g carbs in my diet per day. I feel better than I ever have before. I ran a mile in 5 minutes and 15 seconds today. I feel like superman. I call it the divine energy lmao. feels like I am getting the divine energy of the gods beamed into me from the heavens 24/7. Great product absolutely 0 negative side effects. In fact another additional benefit is being less nervous and anxious overall. I went to a job interview and was 50% less nervous than normal. Also is great for athletes because after 3-4 hours of trashing my body at MMA gym, it’s nice to know that some of that cortisol won’t be created due to this product, and thus that cortisol won’t negatively impact testosterone levels and muscle growth. I wish they didn’t lie about the dose. but even though they do. it is definitely real and high quality ashwagandha at a great price. 5 stars

I have long delt with anxiety, social anxiety and insomnia. I decided to try this after researching one night.I took it for two days in the morning. I noticed calmer thoughts and decent sleep. I have good days without anything so figured I’d take it a week or so before making a real decision on it. However on the third day, I was away from home for the whole day, I didn’t have it with me when I had my meals. (It’s recommended to take with food)As the day went on I noticed those intrusive thoughts became more aggressive. Even more so than normal.It was a busy day and I fell asleep in a decent amount of time for me.I tend to wake up alot throughout the night. But after a couple of hours I was awake. Like, wide awake. None of my usual tries would help me even feel tired.This may be helpful if you’re consistent but if you tend to be flaky, days you don’t take it can be worse than you typical day.But what made me decide to stop now is fear of how intense and how long would symptoms last if I took this for an extended amount of time before deciding to stop.Reading reviews and studies alot of people do well with this. My suggestion if you decide to try, try it constantly for a week (give yourself time to see if it works for you) then stop taking it for a couple of days. See how you feel. See if you have issues and decide if the good is worth the chance of bad when you stop.
