Good balance but hard-to-swallow tabletsI’ve been trying out the Bronson ONE Daily Men’s 50+ Complete Multivitamin, and overall it seems to deliver a good blend of essentials. The ingredient list covers the basics—vitamins A through E, the B family, along with minerals like zinc, selenium, and magnesium. For someone past 50, it’s reassuring to see attention to bone, immune, and heart health in one pill.That said, the tablet size is on the large side. Even taking it with a full glass of water, I sometimes notice it catching on the way down. If you’ve ever had trouble swallowing bigger pills, this is something to keep in mind. The tablets also have that classic vitamin smell, which doesn’t bother me but could be off-putting for some.I haven’t noticed any stomach upset when taking it with food, and the once-daily format makes it easy to stay consistent. I do like that the bottle provides a six-month supply, which is convenient and cost-effective compared to smaller-count bottles.Bottom line: A solid multivitamin option for men 50+, provided you’re comfortable with swallowing larger tablets.

Been taking for about a month, and so far no issues. No stomach upsets or side affects. Being in my later years, this formula seems about right to me, an the price was good (when I bought it). I Always stress my Zinc, C’s and D’s and this has them. Minerals were right also. You always should check the minerals and the daily requirements, since thats where I found a lot of differences between brands.It is not a horse pill, and is normal size. This is the formula I need, and I do realize that if you get a “max everything superpill” they can be huge, or you have to take two, This is just fine for me.UPDATE: Have used this now for 6 months. Still as above, no issues at all. Buying my next 180, so at one a day it lasts a while. I take it in the morning and ALWAYS insure I have something to eat as well.
