Hands down the best lip balm I’ve ever used
This is genuinely the best, most hydrating lip balm I’ve come across, and I’ve used plenty from various brands, as well as others from Burt’s. I initially purchased a bulk pack of the original Burt’s Bees lip balm, which came with two ultra-conditioning balms as a bonus. I decided to give one a try and haven’t used another lip balm since. The first thing I really love is the texture, it’s not waxy like the original. The formula is so smooth and it smells like lemon which I love. The ingredients were what impressed me the most, this stuff is loaded with wonderful butters and oils that give my lips everything they need to look and feel hydrated. The brand says “It’s intense hydration, for when you want to deep condition your lips without the waxy feel” and I think that hits the nail on the head of exactly what this lip balm is. I’ll never be without it and it’s going in everyone’s stocking every year lol.I’d also like to add that I recently repaired my lips from years of damage (shown in the review photo) caused mainly by licking my lips. While I use other products in my lip care routine to serve other purposes like exfoliation and protection, this lip balm is what I use daily for hydration and is the only product on my lips in my “after” photo. This balm has helped me to stop a bad habit that was causing damage and insecurity for years. Now my lips are healthy and moisturized. Thank you Burt’s Bees!!

Fantastic lip moisturizer!
Love this stuff! My lips tend to get VERY chapped and sometimes even bleed. I’ve tried so many products over the years and found a few really good ones – but THIS is the best! Color-free, scent-free and extremely moisturizing! Works beautifully under a colored gloss or lipstick but also goes it alone like a champ. This is not a purchase you’ll regret.

The aloe and shea combination smells nice, it’s soothing on my lips, and a tip I picked up from when I lived in Alaska was that you can also put it around your eyelids if your eyes are sore from allergies or just the cold air.
