Great Source of Supplements that don’t upset my stomach!
I am a believer in taking supplements for health benefits! This are on the larger side, but I don’t have difficulty swallowing them. Because we don’t get our sun through direct exposure (we use sun screen, sun sleeves and hats) we have to get our vitamin D! This also has other important supplements! They seem like great quality, they do not upset my stomach, and I am very happy with this product!

A good, solid mineral supplement
I received the product in a timely manner and it is packaged well and appears to be fresh and marked with expiration date.I have been taking these supplements daily since they arrived 2 weeks ago. I cannot vouch for the efficacy of the minerals until i get a blood test in a physical exam. So far this item seems to be what it is as advertised. No side effects yet.

Choking hazard but looking into powders
Not sure if 3 horse pills in this was necessary or if powder would be more realistic. I already take 5 medications per day and I can swallow all of them at once vs one at a time for these. Yes I’ve taken ibuprofen this large but these are just vitamins…Also taking them every day vs as needed for pain is not the same. I do kind of feel like maybe they are benefiting me physiologically but it could be some kind of placebo effect. Overall I do feel better since taking them.
