I’m taking a medicine that possibly causes low bone density and it was recommended I take Calcium and Vitamin D to lessen or even eliminate the chances. Start much research I choose this. I’m unsure of how will it works yet because I have only taken 3. It recommend twice a day so I took 1 the evening I received them and twice today. I like that they are combined into a single tablet, there is no after taste and easy to swallow (with a drink of course) Definitely recommendable and I will recommend!

The other ingredients in this product make it a no for me
I ordered this product because as women age we need calcium. I had started taking calcium and Vitamin D supplements a few years ago I found this product and decided to give it a try. After checking out the other ingredients in this product I decided it would probably do more harm in the long run than good. I am not sure why so many companies add all these extra ingredient that are unnecessary. One being PVA which is questionable and has been shown to cause asthma and fibrosis. Talc which has been linked to asbestos. Also several others that I do not feel safe putting into my body. So with that being said I can not use this product in good conscious

Store”, and their product being reviewed here is “Calcium Supplement 1200 mg Plus Vitamin D3, Bone Health, Teeth & Immune Support – Calcium with Extra Strength Vitamin D Absorbable Calcium Carbonate Dietary Supplement – Vegetarian – 120 Tablets”.The bottle arrived properly sealed, with an expiration date at the bottom that is almost 2.5 years into the future, which is good. The bottle contains 120 tablets, yielding 60 servings for which the “supplement facts” indicates…Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 40 mcg = 200% of DV, an excellent amount.”Calcium (as calcium carbonate)” 1.2g = 92% of DV, also an excellent amount.According to VeryWellHealth dot com, carbonate has 40% elemental calcium by weight, the highest among common Ca supplements, and is best absorbed with food digestion. It is not clear whether the text in double-quotes above already took this into account (meaning the 1.2g is already just 40% of the tablet mass); I’ll have to presume it is, due to it specifying the % of RDA. The price of $14.82 as of this writing is about average, and I rate it 4 and half stars.
