Never without it
My sister got me started with this brand. I have severe RA and sis suggested I try this. It did ease some of the pain after only a couple of weeks of eating 1-2 pills per day. The taste is mild and a bit lemony…like eating a gummy bear. No fish smell or taste at all.My last blood test, my vitamin D was at 4…my doc congratulated me on it being the lowest he’s ever seen. So, he started me on 50,000 vitamin D 2x per week. I can only imagine how low it would have been had I not been taking these Cod Liver Oil pills; I would call these a life-saver. I had sever fatigue and getting out of bed was questionable, every day. Some main symptoms…no energy, couldn’t walk to the back door without huffing and puffing…I had nothing left in me to give me energy, moving anything was a chore. Couldn’t get over the flu, brain fogged all of the time, couldn’t function. Had I any clue I would have eaten handfuls of these Cod Liver Oil pills…So, this is a re-order of these pills, I will not be without them. If you are feeling exhausted and run-down, ask your Doctor for a Vitamin D blood test and see if you are okay there. Otherwise, these pills will give you a bit of a boost if you are low and will help keep your Vit D level. Love these!

Daily Go-To
So easy to put into my daily routine–easy to swallow, no wretched aftertaste–I prefer the lower dosage–so many high dosage supplements cause burps and fishy aftertaste. A consistent daily low dosage along with a consistently healthy diet that also includes fresh caught ocean fish I believe to be adequate.

Remember when my mother lined all five of us, according to age and gave us a tablespoon of bad tasting cod liver oil. Thanks to some companies giving us a choice of what kind (if emulsified or oil-based) you can have a good tasting Norwegian Cod Liver Oil capsule that helps with your immune system and does not store up in liver. Yay!!!

I can tell when I’m not taking these.
I have always tried my best to make sure I get my omega-3s. I can always tell when I forget to take them I experience brain fog but after taking these for a few days I’m back on track. I’ve tried a few different brands and I’ve never burped up a fishy taste/smell with these. I would highly recommend this supplement.
