It’s fish oil. Never have the fishy burps. I do seem to have good results with it. Meaning anti inflammatory and cognitive. I have ordered the product about 6 times now. Just this last time they are Stu k together and I have to pull them apart. Never a problem until now. Good product overall.

There should be a warning on thebottle’s label that this product is not compatible with certain blood pressure medication especially beta blockers.I wasn’t happy that the supplement caused problems with Metoprolol my blood pressure medication and I had to stop taking the supplement. An expensive purchase.
