Found these had a nice complete list of ingredients to boost one bone health… best i found, when bone desity test were not good… i still supliment with other calcium product, to increase my bone density, and this is the best place to start with!

No broken bones
This is a great product. I am only giving a 4 because one has to take so many capsules. 4 per day, that feels like a lot. Since using them I feel like my bones are strong. I have not broken any in the years I have been using this product.

Easy to swallow
I had used several bottles now and state that this brand is by far the best I have used. They contain a combination of supplements that optimize calcium absorbtion , which allows me to take one pill as apposed to several pills to achieve the same results.

“Overpriced Pee for My Bones: Still Hurts, But Hey, At Least They’re Not Broken… Knock on Wood!”So, I bought these calcium vitamins, because apparently, my bones needed some “extra help” (spoiler: they still hurt). These little pills are basically overpriced pee in tablet form, but hey, they’re supposed to do something for me, right? The bones aren’t broken—yet—but I’m still waiting for that magical “strengthened bone” moment. Until then, I’ll keep popping these tiny, expensive miracle pills, hoping for a miracle , because I spent money for it Fingers crossed, I guess.
