These appear to be a very high quality product, well sourced. I noticed they also have a little vitamin D, and vitamin A, probably to help absorption. I do better swallowing 3 small gel caps, then one big one, which encourages me to take them daily as I should.

They Work For Me, No Aftertaste.
I’ve been taking these about 3 weeks as of this writing and I actually can say I feel better. Have not affected my blood pressure but I do “feel” better and am more alert.Maybe our grandparents were onto something with the old “pinch your nose shut and force a spoonful of cod liver oil down your throat” approach. But unlike the old days, these have no taste, do not make me “burp” or any other side effect. I plan on continuing to take these.

I just restocked it recently and the bottle size has shrunk and tablet count is only 250 (as shown on the bottle) not 300 as advertised on Amazon. No way to return as it’s not eligible for a return.
