It works and I love the taste, works quickly
I absolutely love these, they have gotten me through an entire semester of collage sleeping 8+ hours a day. I love their value for money, you get a lot for a small price, unlike melatonin gummies these are absorbed fast expect to get sleepy within 10-15 minutes. Their flavor can get a little strong and spicy but its well worth it for a good night sleep. If you want cheap melatonin buy this product.

Works great for my family, just not for me
My son and husband both take these nightly and they work really well for them. The dissolvable tablets are easy to take, and they help with falling asleep without grogginess the next day. Personally, they don’t work for me. I tend to get headaches from melatonin, but I’m also pretty sensitive overall. No issues for the rest of my household though, and we keep them stocked.

No more insomnia
These tablets are the most effective melatonin i have tried. With one 12mg tablet, I am asleep in 15 minutes. I’ve tried several different brands to help with Insomnia in the last 4 or 5 years. Some did nothing an hour after I took them, but not these. Even ample exposure to blue light doesn’t counteract these. I do wake up slightly groggy, but it wears off in about 15 minutes as I go into my morning routine, and this is after about 7 hours of sleep. I’m really happy with them. The only thing I could improve upon is the flavor. It’s vaguely berry, but has a chemical taste. At least they’re small. I’ll be sticking with these.

Works as expected!
I take 1/4 of a pill and it knocks me out in 30-60 minutes, works perfectly. If I take an entire pill I tend to wake up feeling a bit dizzy, so I avoid taking more than half a pill. On a side note: It doesn’t matter the dose, I always get weird/vivid dreams with this, but I don’t mind; If you do, I would advice you to not take melatonin at all.

Didn’t work for me.
I thought the 12mg of melatonin would help me sleep longer but it didn’t do anything. Some of the reviews talked about the taste and it tastes ok, nothing bad. It does dissolve quickly. My sleep was a little better than taking nothing so maybe it would work better for someone else.

I held off on reviewing until I had finished three bottles of this supplement. so here is my 180 plus days review: I have tried several other products with lower strength with mix results…of all the other supplements though, this one is the best. It contains 12mg melatonin. Taste is great and dissolves fast. I have just received the 4th bottle
