This a fabulous sleep aid !! it works quickly. I fall asleep and stay asleep for at least 7 hours. First couple of days after taking it I felt a little sleepy off and on, but after that, I feel great !! It’s a fast melting tablet, and tastes pretty good.

30-45 minutes after I took it I got sleepy and slept through the night. The next day after the first time trying I was a little drained and sluggish the next day. But no more after that I would recommend

When I first bought these it works really great but as time pass it wasn’t so effective it’s easy to swallow it dissolves fast great value for your money but after a while it don’t work don’t really have a smell the only side effects I’d say I experience is that sometimes when you wake up even after having enough sleep this product make you feel tired an drain so I tried sleeping without taking it to compare an I realize it messes up your sleep pattern a bit once it start kicking in if you move of get up to do something the sleepy feeling goes away completely I went from taking 2-3 for sleep too taking about 5 an now it stop working an I stop using it this is not for long term use maybe once in a blue moon
