The reason I gave it 4 stars, is that there are many confusing comments in what Siberian Eleuthero is supposed to do. Does it meet everyones expectations?OK, what it does for me, and does it well, is that it increases mental alertness, which contributes to better social functioning; and as some reports claim, it improves athletic performance…how? Well, in my case, I become more physically active, that is, unusually energetic…

There’s nothing wrong with the product itself it seems high quality. I bought it to help with my depression and to give me energy and it did not do a thing even when I raised the dose to the highest safe dose. Just a waste.
