Best Face Cream Ever!!!
This is the absolute best face cream and I’ve tried LOADS.I use prescription tretinoin, azelaic acid and tri-luma (mostly for melasma). Historically, I regularly used prescription retinoids for acne. I am very familiar with having to deal with the dryness and irritation that comes with these harsher prescription face creams. CeraVe’s face cream has been my go-to face cream (morning and night) for over a decade. You just can’t beat the quality and the price of the product. It never makes me break out, never causes dryness or irritation (I am oily/combo), and never causes redness. It is so soothing, and I hate writing this review b/c it’s often sold out when I try to buy it at the store (so I end up buying it on Amazon).Also, if you are turned off by vaseline or baby butt paste (for your face), then this is a fabulous alternative to use for face basting (or any other trend referring to thickly applying cream/lotion/paste to your face).PROS: Inexpensive, thick & creamy, lasts 4 weeks (morning and night, applied thickly), doesn’t interfere or interact with prescription or expensive creams or serums (I’ve used it with Murad, Skinceuticals, Obagi, etc. — all fine).CONS: Price can vary a lot based on where you purchase (I’ve seen it range from $13 – $26), sometimes out of stock, you’ll be so depressed if they stop making it (I’ll be there with you).

Reliable Night Cream That Works
This night cream does the job. It feels gentle on my skin and gives it a nice boost of hydration overnight. I like that it has niacinamide and peptides — my skin feels soft and refreshed in the morning without being greasy. The texture is a little thick at first, but it absorbs well once applied. Overall, a solid night cream I can rely on.

Only the best night cream of all time
I basically have new skin now. Where the hell has this been my entire life! As a dry skin girly this hydrates my skin well and leaves it feeling soft, plump and rejuvenated. Well worth the cost. Doesn’t leave a weird filmy feeling like other creams or any peeling residue when I go to apply other products. I hope it’s effective for aging gracefully. Only time will tell!

Deeply moisturizing and skin feels amazing, but odd smell over time
I’ve been using the CeraVe Skin Renewing Night Cream for a while now and I’m genuinely impressed with how well it moisturizes. My skin feels soft, plump, and hydrated for well over 12 hours , it’s perfect for overnight use. One of my favorite things is that it layers beautifully with other skincare products; it doesn’t pill or disturb anything I put on underneath.However, the one downside (and why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5) is the smell. I’ve noticed with this and some other CeraVe cream moisturizers that after a few days, it starts to develop a slightly metallic scent. Not sure why that happens, but it’s noticeable.Overall, it’s a fantastic moisturizer with great ingredients like niacinamide and peptides, and I’ll likely keep using it , just wish the scent stayed as neutral as it starts out.

The best moisturizer
I use this as a daily moisturizer and final step in my skin care routine. I have a water softener and eczema which leaves me very dry. This gives me enough hydration to keep the eczema at bay and skin soft. It is a thick balm like moisturizer so a tiny bit goes a long way.

Hi, oh boy, this night cream is just lovely, now using daily after shower, it has a lighter thinner texture, comes in a small container, been using for a week or so now, very effective, skin protection, I can tell it is doing something to my face, since I have neglected my face for so long, drinking up the moisture.A thin layer on my clean face and neck, décolletage area, I can feel and see the difference. This will be a slow progression for me, just started but love this night cream, using also on the tops of my hands just to moisturize that area too.I will be consistent and use daily for sure. My skin needs it. I am a lot older now and am targeting my face and body to feed it more for sure. My bad, haven’t been doing it. So back in the olden days we used to call taking care of nails skin etc, primping, haven’t heard that word for a long time, it just means taking time for you, and you will love it once you start. Just take care of you when you can. This is better than La Mer. I’ve tried all the fancy brands and products. This CeraVe cream works so perfectly for my combination skin, living in a desert environment. It keeps skin hydrated throughout the night. I wake up every morning with softer skin.It works well with retinol (me using Differin) and sunscreen products. just ordered 6 tubes of it for this year.
