Effective and easy on the taste buds
My son’s consistent diet of all things microwavable, pizza like and deep fried finally caught up with him. But finding him something that was decently all natural that he would take every day was a bit of a struggle until we got these gummies.He’s not a fan of pills so the fact that these are chewable (easy to swallow) and tasty and have a great quality blend of some really beneficial nutrients and supplements has been a win all over the board. It’s okay!
I’m 24 and last year had some tests run that showed I have extremely high cholesterol. We’ve changed my diet and exercise to combat this but haven’t done any follow up with testing yet. I saw these gummies and thought they couldn’t hurt to try! Unfortunately there’s no way for me to know if they’re actually working or if it’s my new diet/exercise or a combination as these appointments are pretty expensive. However they taste fine, almost like a fruit snack even and are an easy add to my usual medication. I took off a star because they hurt my jaw from how sweet they are! Despite there being no added sugar, something makes this intensely sweet and makes me feel like I’m eating sour candies almost.

Solid list of ingredients, uses monk fruit juice 👍
I ordered this product because I am watching my cholesterol levels. I’ve never heard of cholesterol health gummies before so I’m intrigued. I did a little research on the key ingredients plant sterols and stanols. Product label indicates there’s 1200 mg of these. According to Google, “plant sterols and stanols are generally considered beneficial for lowering cholesterol, particularly LDL (bad) cholesterol…” Please note, this is NOT offering any medical advice; it’s just what I found on the internet.I researched the other ingredients: red yeast rice extract, Bergamot Orange extract, guggul extract, and CoQ10. Accordingly, each of these is beneficial for cholesterol levels as well. So, the ingredients list looks good to me. I’m also pleased that this product uses monk fruit juice (finally! I’ve tried many vitamin gummies and so few use monk fruit juice), a much healthier alternative to sugar and corn syrup. The last ingredient listed is natural pineapple flavor, which is my least favorite ingredient in the supplement. But it’s forgivable because it’s the last thing listed. I like the taste of these gummies. They taste good but the texture is much softer than regular gummies. I cannot attest to the effectiveness of this product. I just started taking them. There are 60 gummies in the bottle and you’re supposed to take 2 a day. So this would last you a month. Not cheap but not too expensive either. Definitely worth a try if you’re sitting on the fence.
