Seems to work great….but they taste HORRIBLE
Sorry if this is TMI, but someone may be looking for the same thing, so I thought it was important to share. I’ve been having trouble with constipation. I don’t really eat like I should, on top of the fact that I take a medication that causes constipation. I’ve tried everything, stool softeners, laxitives, even enemas, all with no or very little results. I found this and saw that it was supposed to help with that, plus give you energy and thought it would be worth a try. The firs day that I took them, I was able to go. I have been having some cramping since taking them, but I hope once I’m better regulated this will subside. I haven’t noticed an increase in energy yet, but it’s only been a few days. The only bad thing is they have an absolutely terrible vitamin taste. It takes everything in me to keep them down. I wish they came in a better tasting gummy or something like that, but I’m going to try and make it work. I’ve even bought my daughter some, as she doesn’t really like a lot of vegetables. She’s having a hard time with the taste too, but not having and stomach cramping or any other issues.

Serious antioxidants. I take two in the morning and two in the evening because it seems to spread the effect out. They help with recovery. The pills taste okay their size is reasonable to me. Recently a dietician warned me about body burden and supplements. These pills ease the burden of digestion, it’s veggies. Good buy.

If you are looking for a cheaper alternative to balance of nature this is your product. I have been taking them for about a month and I feel just as I did when I was on balance of nature. Within these supplements is also a probiotic.

This is a lot better than I thought it would be.You get an surge of energy that lasts most of the day.If it lasted longer, I wouldn’t be able to sleep.It’s not a jittery energy surge. It’s more like a sense of well being,I have taken many fruit and vegetable supplements and none of themmade me feel as good as this one.

Good but 4 capsules too much each time
Good quality product but hate that you have to take 4 capsules each time. Needs to be Consolidated into 2 pills.
