Huge pills
I’m giving this four starts only because of the smell of the pill. I’m sure it can’t be avoided due to the ingredients, but it does cause me to gag a little. The pill itself is large, but again that’s because of the packed capsule as you’re only taking one pill. I will repurchase only because it’s been helping my gut, and I only need to take one pull, whereas for other brands, you need to take multiple. I’ve not had any adjustment side affects, just good results.

Great ingredients except the SBOs
I bought this 3 times before I realized the “B” in the probiotics description stands for Bacillus, which is the keyword that identifies SBO’s or soil-based organisms. They have risen to popularity because they are able to pass through the strong stomach acids and reach the lower intestines more easily than standard probiotics (all of which do eventually reach the lower intestine to some degree). The problem is these are not the same as the probiotics in fruit and vegetables that are natural to the human digestive system. In fact, they do not naturalize into our system but create their own biome and can create things like IBS and even exhibit as arthritic-like symptoms. I’ve studied diet and nutrition for some time and about a year ago I was taught about SBOs. They are what a human might digest in a natural habitat eating fruits and plants grown in soil but at a much lower dose. I see that some people feel they work wonders; however if you experience cramping, inability to lose weight, fatigue in the a.m. and muscle weakness this could be the SBOs. They are not dangerous per se but they have been used for a very short amount of time as a human probiotic and have risen to undue fame because they are cheap to make and don’t need to be refrigerated. And someone with a compromised immune system should avoid these because it’s the imbalance in the natural biosphere that is causing the auto-immune response, in part, and SBOs will just exacerbate that. And is probably why the label says 3 times to not exceed the recommended dosage. Everything about this product would be ideal except the string of Bacillus used. Very disappointing for such a amazing-sounding product.

I already take prebiotics and probiotics and thought I was doing well with my smoothies until my nutritionist did some tests and pointed out my low enzyme levels.I am still searching for an organic supply of DAO so that f anyone knows one, please please let me know as even my nutritionist couldn’t find one ( Di-amine Oxidase, comes from animal livers or lentils, but none we could find were organic )This pack does not contain DAO.It does contain a wide selection of other important digestive enzymes, and no filler( no bulking agents to make the pulls look bigger), no flow agents, no preservatives, no colourings, which is great.Apparently, as we age, or with certain conditions, no matter how healthily you eat, your production of these important enzymes can dwindle, making it harder to get the nutrients from food, leaving your gut just metabolising the easy compounds – fat & sugar .So I have only been taking these for a few days, so far so good, no allergic reactions, which I am prone to.I will update if there are any big changes, good or bad.I would like the manufacturer to add DAO enzyme to tye batch though, as it is an important one.

Got a 90 day supply but cant actually recall what the product is supposed to do!Nothing on the capsule jar describes what it does for you either!Found capsule hard to swallow. Gone to emptying contents of capsule into my water and throwing outer plastic away
